Only 2 stars due to service. Walked in and tried about 3 flavors then placed my order. As soon as she scooped it I noticed the color was different but I decided to try it. Could tell instantaneously that it was not the flavor I ordered. I told the girl that it tasted like it had caramel in it and not what I had ordered which was brownie batter. I hate caramel. She said no that’s brown butter pecan which is what you ordered. And I said no I ordered brownie batter after tasting it and she said no you tasted brown butter pecan. Okay I’m not going to sit here and argue with the employee over what flavor ice cream I sampled and ordered because long story short regardless of if I was confused(which I know what I sampled and ordered) if the costumer just paid $ 9 for a cone of ice cream and took one bite and said they didn’t like it-the employee shouldn’t argue! Swap it out for what I ordered end of story. Finally after arguing over it I just asked for her to swap it out and she did begrudgingly. I said thank you and she just gave me a nasty look and no response. Great ice cream would be made better with decent costumer service!

It’s Ben and Jerry’s — that in itself needs no explanation. Samples galore — they sell pints in the store, even the new non-dairy! They have speciality flavors only in store.(brown butter bourbon) massive waffle bowls, indoor and outdoor seating. 4 stars because they don’t sell the non-dairy flavors in anything besides pints so no samples of that for me.

Ben & Jerry’s has the best ice cream in the world. I love it so much I dream about it at night. The Butter Pecan is the best dessert I’ve ever tasted. They used to sell it in grocery stores, but those great times are gone for some reason. I was totally crushed when Ben& Jerry’s closed their Boca location. So I drive to Delray Beach to get it. I get a gallon of Butter Pecan hand-packed(4 quarts). I take it home with my heart beating quickly, knowing I’ll be having fantastic times. I get up in the middle of the night and eat a pint of my favorite ice cream. The creaminess and flavor of Butter Pecan is just indescribable. If Delray Beach Ben & Jerry’s ever closes, I’ll be in tears. If you haven’t experienced this you are missing the experience of a lifetime. In case you haven’t noticed it, when I like something, I really like it!!!

Went today for opening and service was rude. Also lacks hygiene. Pretty horrendous. I recommend you skip this place. They were also out of lots of flavors.

Ben and Jerry on Atlantic ave. When we walked in there was a heavenly aroma, a erotic miasma. We found out the worker was pouring the waffle batter into the waffle iron. OMG! Willy Wonka… is that you? No, it was some surfer dude at the counter.

I love Ben and Jerry’s but when you only have one person working on a Saturday with 10 people waiting in line, and the worker is taking their sweet time getting ice cream is a little ridiculous. Not too mention the worker was the least welcoming person and made you feel like it was a hassle to get your order.

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream taste good doesn’t taste great but it taste good. It’s inexpensive compared to the other specialty ice cream shops on Atlantic Avenue. A nice outside seating area like most of the other eateries I like it it’s clean service was quick and it was reasonably priced Goodnuf for me

I am such a huge fan of Ben & Jerry’s. I usually get the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I am not sure what the exact name is, but it is fantastic. The parking to get inside can be a challenge. However, if you do see a spot, grab it, and stop in.

There used to be a Ben & Jerry’s in Boca Raton and one in Deerfield Beach. Sadly they both closed a few years ago. I hope the one in Delray Beach stays open for a long time. My husband’s favorite flavor is Ben & Jerry’s butter pecan. It isn’t sold in the grocery stores any more. You have to go to a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop to get it. My husband and I were in the area last night so we stopped by for ice cream cones. The server behind the counter was very nice. My husband had butter pecan. I enjoyed my berry berry extraordinary sorbet. We each left the shop with an ice cream cone in one hand and a quart of butter pecan ice cream in the other.

Free cone day has its perks. I came here to redeem the offer and walked out with the Americone Dream. The sweetness was the perfect way to cool off during a warm afternoon in South Florida.

Always great on a hot day in FLA. With the original flavors you always expect and love.
