Remarkably poor work.
Insurance billing equally questionable.
Will be taking our vehicle elsewhere to have the mess they created sorted out.

Great place for auto body work, dent and scratch repair… very friendly and professional too! This place was recommended by Greg (dent warrior) since he only handles dents and I needed auto body work since my dents involved paint repair, plus I had a cracked brake light, I needed to replace the cap covering tow piece and there was a gash in my bumper. These guys did a fantastic job obtaining the parts I needed, fixing everything in quick timeframe, my car looks new again. I am very pleased and will return.

What a great shop — the people there are friendly, honest, and hugely helpful. They did BEAUTIFUL work on my car, at a fair price, and were very accommodating with my schedule and repair needs. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

This place was recommended by my favorite mechanics at Delray Auto Body (Carlos). I was backing my SUV up a few inches and was clearly not paying attention. I left the driver side door open and heard a loud crack as I was backing up. Yep, I hit a pole (with the door open). I had a big enough gap that when I drove I could hear pretty loud wind coming through. I thought I would let it go until one day it started raining pretty hard inside my car. Now I had no choice but to get it fixed.
From what everyone has told me, doors are really expensive and I could easily spend a grand getting it replaced. So of course I was panicked when I got there. I told the girl the problem, she grabbed a mechanic and he came to look at it. He opened the door, turned it on, grabbed the frame, all of the sudden I heard another loud crack (he bent it back in place, which of course I wouldn’t have tried). He said «you should be all set». I said «seriously? That’s it?» He said «yep, if you have any more problems bring it back but I’m sure you’re fine.» Then he walked away. Dumbfounded, I turned to the girl still standing there and said «how much?» She said «no charge». I wAs thrilled and absolutely shocked. I gave her what ever cash I had (20 something dollars) and said please give this to him.
I was most certainly impressed!!! I truly thank them because I really couldn’t afford the repairs right then. I will most definitely be back and recommending them to others. Thanks Master Auto Body!

They did such a phenomenal job! They finished my car in such a timely manor and it looks wonderful. I definitely recommend this shop!!!
