Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

I had a problem with my prior provider and called Pinch A Penny to help out.
They were on time, technically savvy, professional and cost-​effective.
Now, I have them doing my monthly service at my home.
I am very happy with these guys !

Just had one of the worst customer experiences ever. Have bought from this store many times over the years, and they have always been helpful and knowledgable. I even spent 500.00+ on a vacuum and parts a few weeks ago.
The past few times in the store customer service changed significantly. I’m not sure if Terri the owner is a new owner, or has owned it all along, but I will no longer be shopping at this location ever again.
I went in to buy a bucket of tablets today, and the owner Terri helped me. I asked her the price of the different sizes. She had an employee look it up have me the two prices, and I decided to go with the 25lb bucket.
When she rang it up on the register, it came out to be 10.00 dollars less and she said that was a mistake. She input the higher price and charged me the higher price. When I searched Pinch a Penny website, the lower price was listed. I showed her, and she said I have to pay for shipping and it would be the same price then. I showed her it says free shipping, and all she did was walk away. For an owner, that is unbelievably rude.
Her employee took the tablets to my car. I called another pinch a penny a few miles away and asked them the price of the 25lb bucket, and they said it was the lower price too.
I went in and told them that, and she ignored me completely. I returned the tablets and will purchase them at the Boynton Beach store. She should have realized her mistake and charged me the correct amount. But instead chose to lose the sale, and try to get away with charging a higher price than other franchises of the same exact store, or the corporate website.

There are lots of Pinch A Penny stores and this is one of the friendliest.
The staff is super nice, tests your water for free, and carries all supplies out to your car.
Yes, I clean and maintain my own pool, and with this store helping it is pretty easy.

Always great service when I stop in here to buy items for the hot tub. They greet people upon entering, offer to help, and then strike up friendly conversations during check-​out. They’ve got everything we need to maintain our indoor hot tub, so there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Fast, knowledgeable and helpful. This store had my pool cleaner repaired in minutes. Very professional and friendly. Go to this Pinch A Penny location, you will be highly satisfied!

Not all Pinch A Penny stores are created equal. They are each individually owned and operated.
We have a hot tub in our backyard, so of course we need to work to maintain it. I have tried many different Pinch A Pennys for both product and advice, and this store trumps them all. I drive here instead of the one closer to me in Boynton because the married couple who own it are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Prices are reasonable for pool/​spa supplies. Also, you can sign up for their mailing list and they will mail you coupons every once and a while. So glad Pinch A Penny is here to help just as hot tub season starts up again!
