Preferred Care at Home’s business owners-​the people we call our «Preferred family”-are passionate about bringing quality care to seniors in their community.

History

Established in 1984.

Since 1984, the founders of Preferred Care at Home have been making a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of care with a commitment toward excellence. Co-​founders, Frank Guerrieri and Jody Guerrieri, RN, are considered experts in senior care. Their commitment to care for those in need has been the driving force for over a quarter of a century.

Together, their experience lies in owning, building and operating both medical and non-​medical home care companies. They have personally performed the ongoing day-​to-​day tasks that marked the success of their business. To ensure that every location would be equipped to provide such excellence in home care, the national expansion was held back until the processes and procedures were fully perfected in 2007.

Business Owner

Frank Guerrieri is the President and CEO of Preferred Care at Home, which he and his wife, Jody founded in 2007. After 24 years of developing his own home care companies, he decided to share his wealth of knowledge with others. Frank’s passion about the success of the franchise owners is experienced through daily interaction and personal one-​on-​one mentorship meetings. Frank’s extensive medical and non-​medical home care experience positions franchise owners with industry specific direction to achieve their personal business goals, no matter how big they may be. Frank utilizes weekly franchise wide live webinars designed to showcase key topics associated with successful business practices. He also authored the Back to Basics Marketing Program, which acts as a backbone to Preferred Care at Home’s marketing philosophy designed around relationship marketing.
