Putt’n Around Delray Beach

This place was a day date that BF picked and set up (cue AWW). Came up here after RenFest on a GORGEOUS Saturday afternoon one day and it was surprisingly not nearly as packed as I expected-​maybe everyone else was at the beach. We still had to wait a few minutes and there was still a packed course-​but not swamped.
Got here and were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only is this a super cool course and they have 36 holes and not only 18, they serve alcohol and you can take it on the course? A lot of places will have an on site bar but you are strictly forbidden from taking any drinks on the greens. This bucked that trend and was super cool. I do wish they had wine and not just beer-​they had a decent selection, don’t get me wrong. I’m just more of a wine girl and would have preferred a white sangria for golf over a Landshark. But it was still awesome.
Not only do they let you take your beers on the course with you, they will DELIVER beers to you from the clubhouse. There are cupholders at every hole so you can avoid kicking over cans onto the green and there was a placquard that had a phone number which stated that there basically would be a caddie of sorts bring you your drinks to whatever hole you were at. There were sand pails underneath the cupholder thingamabobs to use as litter receptacles so that the course wouldn’t be overrun with cans and garbage too, so the course stayed tidy. Sweet. We didn’t end up utilizing this delivery idea but the idea of a beer bitch is sweet.
Two courses is a great idea to divert some traffic. We played «everglades» course, I don’t know if there is any significant difference between them since we didn’t play the other. There was a group of 5 – 6 older ladies directly in front of us which slowed us down, but at the same time it was a Saturday afternoon and a gorgeous day, so what kind of a rush were we in? None. We had a blast.
There are a couple fun arcade games and a photo booth back at the clubhouse area and space to have a birthday party like one lucky 10 year old was doing on the day we came-​The staff seemed like they went out of their way too. It really was nice to see that there is a place that could cater to kids but wasn’t OVERWHELMED with them like Chuck e Cheese and yet had something for the adults to enjoy (boozeeeee).

Hands down the best mini golf in south Florida! Super friendly staff, clean facility with 36 great holes. The landscape is very tropical and lush. They serve food and alcohol. They also deliver these services to each particular hole by simply calling them! I will come back from Fort Lauderdale anytime. Great place

My wife and I and our grandson played the Ocean course yesterday and loved it. It was fun, clean, attractive, reasonable and well mixed with a botanical garden — one of the best we’ve tried.
We’ll go back!

Played 18 holes on «ocean» course. Fun and challenging — kind of crazy that there are actually places where they expect your ball to go in the water (they supply nets to fish the balls back out). There is another 18 hole course as well.
More for adults than kids. $ 9.29 before tax according to receipt.

Super fun and very family friendly place. Great staff and the courses are definitely challenging enough without being too hard. Highly recommend!

Mini golf with beer and wine! Great combo! Putt’n around was a great mini golf place for our young kids, and I would go back for an adult night also!

Parking was easy! You walk in and someone greets you, the guy was super friendly and answered all our questions. We picked the ocean course since fellow Unilocalers say it’s the best, it’s absolutely beautiful and wonderfully decorated. I wanted to take a picture every step! Lol, it’s totally challenging and super funny when your ball rolls into their water and you gotta fish it out with the net! They have a claw machine and photo booth and a place to sit down and eat outside if you don’t like the bar & the best part is it’s a perfect date for a little under $ 20! Can’t beat that. The only negative thing is you kinda feel rushed if the people behind you are quicker and you’re still trying to get your ball in or vise versa and you get tired of waiting for the people infront of you. But it wasn’t too crowded so it’s not a big issue!

We stumbled upon Putt’n Around during a day trip up north and were so pleasantly surprised! It is a really cute, old school mini-​golf course. There are 2 courses: Everglades & Ocean. Since it is October, the course was decorated for Halloween. There was a scavenger hunt paper we picked up when we set off with questions about the spooky décor. The course is pretty simple in design (no fancy windmills or wooden houses, like at Boomers), but it does have some sculptures and water features that we enjoyed. We didn’t partake, but they have a bar and will deliver drinks to you on the course. This is a fun, friendly and charming place! We will be back when in the area for sure to do the second course!

After living here for 5 years our family finally finds this gem! This place is great for adults and kids alike. Very fun courses and local craft brews. They even deliver to the hole you are on when you call and with lighting speed. The staff is extremely friendly. They have musters to keep you cool while playing and the gardens surrounding the courses are beautiful! The music selection today was stellar! We can not wait to bring our family back from central Florida. This blows the tourist trap Putt Putts up there out of the water and we have been to all of them up there. Awesome Awesome Place!

Super fun! The ocean course was way better than the everglades. I love the beer delivery to the courses while golfing. Will definitely be coming here again!

Great fun for the family beautiful gardens lovely place to play mini golf. And the best part? They have beer and wine and will deliver to you on the course. Love coming here with my wife, son, niece, and nephew.

My first time mini golfing and what a great experience! I came on a Saturday evening with my family and it was not crowded at all. The four of us played 18 holes for only $ 40.
They have an awesome Lounge/​Bar area that you can even sit and enjoy drinks (alcoholic and non).
I plan on coming back! Great scenery.

Putt’n around Delray Beach starts the options at the front door. You have your choice between 18 or 36 holes on two different courses.
There is also a variety of drinks (including alcoholic), ice cream and snacks that you can order and take with you on the course — or even order FROM the course and have it delivered to you. That is the kind of unique service you won’t find at many putt putt joints.
It’s interested how course layouts vary from business to business. Each putt putt joint has their own layout and stamp. Putt’n Around has well themed courses, however it could likely use at least some fresh paint and good pressure wash. The courses are in overall good condition and provides a fun time for a family.

Really cool putt putt joint. Definitely geared toward adults as well as kids. Some holes are pretty tough.
Take bugspray if you are the mosquito-​attracting type! As with most putt putt spots, the water and dense plants are a haven for those little stinkers.

This place is awesome! They have two courses, 18 holes each, so you don’t get bored if you’ve already been there once or twice. They also have beer you can buy at the front when you get your clubs — yes, beer! Not only that, but if you want a drink (alcoholic or not) at any time throughout the course, they post a number you can call and they’ll bring you out whatever you order! PS — there’s food too! This isn’t your average mini golf place — they’ve thought of everything.
Mini golf is always a fun activity for kids and families. Putt’n Around has perfected it for everyone, even 20-​somethings that just want to have some fun playing mini golf and drinking a couple Angry Orchards and Bud Lights. I like going later in the evening when it’s dark and not so stinkin hot outside.

Whether you’re a visitor or a local, this is a fun way to spend an hour or two with friends. None of us play putt putt seriously, so we found this was challenging enough, with a creative layout of 18 holes and a few surprises here and there.
There are two courses to choose from — the Everglades and the Ocean — so you could always come back and try a different layout. The courses have been thoughtfully landscaped with mostly Florida-​friendly plants and flowers and a lot of care went into transforming the area into a lush and tropical setting. (I was surprised to see no butterflies, as many of the flowers would typically attract them. I hope this wasn’t because they spray with insecticide, because that would be such a shame).
The staff are friendly, the service is good, and you can order drinks (including beer and wine) by calling a phone number from wherever you are on the course. We didn’t have anything to eat, but there is a place to sit down inside and have a snack, if you wish. Would definitely recommend Putt’n Around as a great little local spot for miniature golf.

After a minimum of a decade away from miniature golfing, a made a not-​so-​triumphant return and shot 17 over par at this course. Glad I only signed up for 18 holes — plenty for me. We went to «The Ocean» course. Lots of fun, and the people playing in front of us and behind us were really cool.
You can drink alcohol on the course (they’ve got a very decent selection!) and they will even bring food and drink out to you. There aren’t too many places to eat it, though. So maybe save it for the 19^th hole :-)

Fun place! Been here a couple of times now, and I like the fact that they’ll deliver drinks to you out on the course. They even serve Pinot Grigio!
There are two courses — The Ocean and The Everglades. I’ve only golfed the Ocean side, so can’t speak for the Everglades side. The Ocean is fun, though I do wish there were more distractions like some of the old school distractions from mini golf — windmills, monsters and ramps and such. It’s still fun though. If you’re looking for an inexpensive day/​evening on the mini course, check this place out. Oh, and when you check in on Unilocal,there is an offer for 36 holes on the cheap!
