Ask for Renee, She is great to work with! This is a fabulous shop! Amazing selection of Frames for Perscription Glasses and Ready to Wear Sunglasses galore. So many colors, shapes and sizes, and well known brands.(including children’s) Renee was patient and experienced, letting me try on as many frames as I wanted to and for as long as I wanted. (and there were many!) She gently guided me towards frames that complimented my face and style. Advised me on lens choices and within 3 days I could see clearly! I am very happy! Thank You Renee! You will see me again!

I highly recommend this shop for your sunglasses needs. The store has a wide variety of brands and styles. Our saleswoman, Kristen, was awesome. She was very pleasant and let us try on as many pairs of sunglasses as We wanted. I told her that I wanted a pair of polarized lenses and she recommended Maui Jim. She said she bought a pair and loves them. Luckily this location had several modern styles of MJ’s. I had only been familiar with the «fishing» style of sunglasses until now.
I was torn between an oversized black lens and a squared off titanium aviator style.
I ended up going with the titanium aviator pair. My reasons were that they would be most practical for my active lifestyle.
Our saleswoman, Kristen, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated her attentiveness and product knowledge. I love Delray but not every business on the Ave has someone like Kristen to help. Thank you for your help! I will be back!!!

There’s a small parking lot behind the store, but it may be a little hard to find parking. Lovely place with a large assortment of frames, and they can custom order styles to your specifications. I stopped by on a weekend to have some glasses adjusted because they were constantly giving me headaches. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and recommended frame styles to consider in the future so I’d be more comfortable.

I had my first experience at Real eyes just over two years ago. I stumbled in just walking down the Ave not really looking to buy any glasses. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.
I found a pair of Ray Bans that were stylistically different from other Ray Bans I have seen and actually something I would not have thought of for myself. After trying them on the fit my head very well and looked well on me which I did not expect.
Since this experience I suggested my girlfriend (who wears prescription glasses and loves sunglasses) as well as many others to check out the store. Everyone I have sent in has had the same experience as myself.
I recently took one of my daughters in to get new contacts. This is the first time we have taken her outside of the store we have been going to for almost a decade. It was very easy, the contacts arrived quickly and our daughter had fun. The staff made it an enjoyable experience and not a chore. I’m a fan. If your in Delray there is no other place to go.

Horrible glasses. Horrible service. Paid over $ 800 for glasses with scratch and glare protector and they blurred and scratched with a Kleenex! Had my eye exam there. Wrong prescription I am now told. MANAGER RENEE should not be in retail. Rude and not accommodating. Joel was nice but his hands are tied. Stay away from this place.

I had gotten many glasses from here over the years. Even though they are very high priced, I like the service and I am a very loyal customer to establishments. I came in at the beginning of December wanting a pair of sunglasses. I made it very clear to the saleswoman that i had a very small window of time to put the purchase on a healthcare Visa that was about to run out. The saleswoman was given the card, but we did not complete the purchase because we agreed that I should update my prescription and get my eyes checked. So we rushed to get an appointment with the doctor. Our agreement was that the purchase would be finalized once the new prescription was attained from the eye doctor — which it was a week later. The glasses order was put through.
BUT — the saleswoman never processed the payment as agreed. When I picked up the glasses, they gave me the glasses, but said it looked like there was a glance due. I said that there should be 0 $ balance and they said, ok, we will check with Rene (the sales woman). Shortly after they called and said that there was a balance of $ 485. Of course I was very upset. I said, that must be a mistake. The next day Rene called me and basically said I was lying and that I never gave her the card. Obviously she is trying to cover up for her mistake. But now, the owner Dennis is calling me and threatening legal action on me and he is calling me a lier — even though he was not there at the time of the transaction. I am sure if they checked their video surveillance system they would VERY clearly see my handing over the card.
So instead of them taking ANY responsibility in the mistake, they are calling me a lier and threatening legal action if I keep the glasses. This is disgusting behavior. Especially for a customer that has spent thousands there over the years and who has brought them many customers.
You would think the owner would at least offer to meet me half way and take some responsibly. Instead they peeper to treat their customers like thieves and threaten them. I assure you that the $ 485 is nothing in comparison to what they are losing.
Any way you look at it they have cost me money. I could have gone to another location that would have put through the payment on time on the card and I would have had a pari of glasses.
Trust me — you do not want to get involved with these lying thugs who have ZERO concept of customer loyalty and have no idea how to honor their word. Without integrity, a business has nothing.

I purchased a groupon for Real Eye Optical. Everybody was friendly and more than happy to help you with any needs that you had. They also have a wide variety of frames for you to choose from. Prices go from low to high, so you have a good selection to choose from. Hands down it is a great place.

Very conveniently little eyeglass store right in downtown Delray. My mom needed to get new glasses so off we went with some existing frames she had and her prescription in hand. The store only has a staff of 2, the lady up front and the eye doctor in the back. They were both very helpful and very nice. The price was also reasonable for bifocals and transitions lens. The glasses were ready in a little under a week and my mom is very happy with them. When I need new glasses I will be going back.

I used a group on. I was very impressed by the fact that they explained all the equipment and charges that were outside the groupon and gave me a no-​pressure opportunity to decide if I wanted the services. The prices were very good — they do carry a lot of very high end brands here, but reasonable prices for them. I would recommend the doctor and her staff.

I got a groupon to try this place and I am glad I did. Not only did I save a ton of money but the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was able to afford a pair of glasses and perscription sunglasses for the price I paid for 1 pair of glasses at Lens crafters. I was suprised because of the location right on Atlantic Ave to get such great prices and friendly service.

I. Had the best glasses made at real eyes. The people that work there were the best. When I went in, I had no idea in what I wanted and they were so very helpfully. ,

This is a store you don’t want to miss for the most gorgeous frames out there. They have every designer you can think of. Being from Philly I know the owners from long ago, and they are the best in the biz! There is nothing they won’t do to make you happy. Any time I’m in Fla. Real Eyes is a must! Thanks so much
