Shane M. Farnsworth, P.A. was established in 1999. The firm was founded as a general practice. Eventually, Mr. Farnsworth began to work primarily in the area of personal injury and insurance law. Since that time, Mr. Farnsworth has successfully represented a multitude of victims injured by the negligence of others.

Business Owner

Shane M. Farnsworth, Esq., received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 1994. Following graduation from Florida International University, Mr. Farnsworth was accepted and attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. In 1998 he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree and began practicing law in Palm Beach County.

In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Farnsworth also practices in the area of civil litigation and represents clients throughout South Florida.

Shane M. Farnsworth is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His professional associations include the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, and Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Mr. Farnsworth is also a former arbitrator with the State of Florida Lemon Law Arbitration Program (2000 – 2003) and former member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
