What a great experience I had with Tailor Made. Elizabeth was so very helpful in assisting me with my parents condo in Boca Raton while I was located in NY. My parents don’t go down very often so I needed someone to freshen up the place and she went out of her way to accommodate me and had one of her girls come work on a Sunday, since that is when I needed her. I found her service to be amazing. They are prompt, honest and I would recommend you give it a try! Way to go Elizabeth!

I’ve been using Tailor maid for 7 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I would and have recommended them to friends.
Elizabeth has always been extremely helpful and responsive if we needed an extra cleaning or to make changes to the schedule. We have 2 messy kids and my husband likes to scuba dive so I really appreciate tailor maid!

My home has never been cleaner or cleaned better. Tailor Maid is Professional, prompt and knowledgeable and worth every penny. I’ll be a steady customer. My house was occupied by renters who did not leave it in very good condition. When these gals were done, everything was spotless and like new. Very easy to deal with, they have been in business in the Palm Beaches for 15 years. Owner came right out, gave a quote and got right to it. Excellent.

We were moving out of our place and called Tailor Maid to come and do a spiff up of our empty apartment. After speaking with the phone representative, it was understood that the job could be done with 2 people in 4 hours. Expecting to start at 9:00 am, i waited there in the empty apartment for 40 MINUTES to let the crew in. Several calls to the main office were greeted with a simple, «they are on the way.»
Finally, at almost a quarter to 10:00, a single person showed up for the job. I asked where the rest of the crew was… Her answer?
«I get started. She be here in one hour.» Riiiight.
Where are your cleaning supplies? She pulls out a single roll of paper towels and replied, «I just use what you have.» The apartment was EMPTY! Needless to say, I fired Tailor Maid right then and there.
What cleaning service allows their crew to show up separately… AND WITHOUT CLEANING SUPPLIES? This was by far, the single worst cleaning company I have ever had the displeasure of using.
I took one for the team on this. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Steer clear of Tailor Maids.

I was just contacted by Tailor Maids, through Unilocal,regarding the content of this review. Catherine B. (who is a new Unilocaler as of this month) states that this is just a case of mistaken identity, but I can assure you it is not. This is a real review of a real incident that actually happened.
Tailor Maids shouldn’t be concerned. As of this writing there are four brand-​new, glowing, five star reviews written just last week! (Check out the reviews that were «not recommended») These were the first and only reviews any of these people have ever written, and although I will never use their service again, it is clear that Tailor Maids has done something to turn it all around!
