V & V Nails

If I could give negative stars I would. My best friend took me here because she said Tyler and v were the best. Unfortunately when we went I was taken by a new girl. I can truly say I’ve never had a worse manicure in my life. Do not go to this girl.
First of all the woman insulted me the entire time I was there. She told me to I needed to shave my legs and take care of my nails better. When I asked her to fix some polish she said I was so needy and she didn’t know how my boyfriend put up with me. I have never been insulted this much by anyone let alone a business professional!
The manicure and pedicure was so awful I went and had it redone the next day. Not only did she cut me twice, but the service was so bad that during the middle of the service I took the nail file and started filling myself. She didn’t provide me with a hand massage and only filed one hand. She literally forgot to file the left hand. The polish job was so bad I had to ask her to redo it twice. I could seriously go on and on about how bad this was but I don’t have enough space or time.
Avoid this place like the plague unless it’s for Tyler and v.

I have never written a negative review for a business however after being treated the way I was by the owner of this establishment I really feel I must say something. I have been a loyal customer for two years and am always happy with the service provided by Tyler. However, Vivian has condescended to me one too many times. With no customer loyalty appreciation program Tyler is the only thing that keeps me returning. Now sadly I feel I may choose not to go back as I was treated so badly by Vivian. I try never to pass judgement and if I have an opinion I keep it to myself. I can no longer in good faith be still. This woman has serious anger management issues, She is condescending, impolite and outright rude. If I had not read this from another reviewer I would think twice, but clearly she has issues. And cares not who is present. I highly doubt the other customer will return after hearing V. condescend to me.
I urge others to report this behavior as well. No one deserves to be treated this way. I did not respond to her at the time and in fact kept my mouth shut so as not to allow her to escalate, however upon leaving I was extremely hurt and angered. So be it — I have shared this now and hope others will be aware of the potential to be a victim of her uncontrolled venom.
If you want to be abused verbally then by all means see Vivian!
FYI — Tyler give a much better manicure and has a lovely disposition.
They are also overpriced for the level of service provided.

I feel like family when I come to V&V. Clients are treated like royalty and I have always been pleased with my results for either a manicure or pedicure. Always the best!

Tyler is fantastic however his wife and owner of the salon is extremely rude will yell at you in front of other customers and they are overpriced– very disappointed

Great place! Very friendly and clean. Terrific color selection and lots of different types of gel polish.

Very friendly, clean place. My friend and I walked in with no appointment and they were very accommodating. Did a great job on my pedicure.
