My friend went there to get oil change, transfer case and transmission fluid change. After she got home she noticed a bad smell and fluid dripping everywhere. She then drove to her dads house down the road and he noticed the transmission plug was missing! They called the store owner he was very rude and he said that you can’t prove we didn’t put it back in, but he said bring it back and we will fill it back up for you. My friends transmission had to be replaced due to there poor workmanship and failure to stand behind their work at Ken’s Pit Stop. I called him today and he said that it has been to long to take any legal action. Very interesting for an owner to be saying to a person who was trying to help her friend out!
