Ace is Aces! I called him around 5pm on a weekday, and he was courteous, helpful and quick! I was paying to have someone else’s car unlocked, so I wasn’t even on site to pay. He took my phone number, went and unlocked the car, then called me back and took my credit card over the phone. I was very pleasantly surprised that he was willing to do that. Mr. McCoulskey, you have won my business forever, and I will sing your praises to anyone, anywhere, any time. Thank you so much for your excellent service, and for not charging an arm and a leg. You are, indeed, Aces.

Locked my keys in my car at midnight and got a hold of these guys through AAA. Best thing ever! He got here in 20 minutes, just as was estimated. And it took him maybe 20 seconds to get me back into my car! Very cordial, prompt, and so helpful.

AAA sent them my service report. I gave them a call because they called the wrong person on the account and I was rudely hung up on. I called back ten minutes later and he said he refused to come to my city less than 20 minutes from him. I asked when he was going to let AAA or myself know what they were not honoring my service call and he told me, «I wasn’t going to not ever now don’t call me again.» I told AAA how I was treated. One of their reps called him, and he was rude to them as well. I did not catch this man’s name but he sounded rather old and had a southern accent.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Best locksmith I’ve ever had! I locked my keys in my car and called a locksmith that wasn’t Ace. They said they would be at my location with in 15 minutes. They didn’t show up 45 minutes later and I tried to call them back at TWO different phone numbers six times and they never answered. I called this place and the man was SUPER friendly and easy to conduct business with. He was at my location with in FIVE minutes!!! Crazy! And only 30 dollars compared to 45 – 75 dollars with other places. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! My daughter locked her keys in her car just after midnight, while moving into her apartment in Denton. She called AAA and they had McCoulskey’s service dispatched. It took 3.5 HOURS, (3:30am) for him to finally arrive and unlock her car door. There was some confusion on my daughter’s part of her building number, etc, as she didn’t know the area. But for him to take that long, be extremely rude and impatient, and tell her that he was going to send someone else out? She was locked out in the middle of the night, and for him to be so callous and take FOREVER to help, is so horrible. What if your daughter was stranded in the middle of the night, in a new area, and waited over 3 hours for service? Not a great issue to hear about when this company prides themselves on helping college students… or is it because it was dispatched through AAA? I wonder what he would think if his daughter went through the similar situation? Sorry to get you out of bed Mr. McCoulskey!

Excellent service! We lost our only key and he came and got the service done in less than 30 minutes! The price he told me over the phone was the price I paid. I didn’t lift a finger and he was so courteous! I even paid with my debit card! Great job Chris!

My keys were stolen so I had to have a new set made. My insurance had these guys come out.
GREAT service! He made me a key but unfortunately couldn’t get it programmed. He gave me instructions and suggestions for the next step. I took it to the dealership and was confused on what they needed to do so I called him and he talked to the dealership guy and then explained to me what they said.
He THEN called back later in the evening to ask if I got everything taken care of.
I would HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE. He came out quick and customer service was phenomenal. He went above and beyond.

After having to deal with a terrible locksmith company (Run Local Locksmith) all morning and afternoon, found this local place. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Found it with Google and was a little hesitant because of Run Local, but decided to give a call. So glad I did. Took the locksmith only 10 min to get to where I was and less than 5 min to open my car. He was not only pleasant to work with, it was fast and cheap. I highly, highly recommend this place amongst others especially if you’re in Denton, TX.
