First time getting my eyebrows waxed and this place did an amazing job reshaping and cleaning up real good!!! Definitely would recommend this place to others!!!

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The hair stylists are fantastic, Daniela in particular. For nails, I was in a hurry so I did a nail polish change only and it is terrible. My tech shook the bottle so much, my nails are COVERED in air bubbles. A rookie mistake in my opinion. The layers of nail polish did not cover my entire nail and its obvious. I’ve been hiding my nails all weekend.

Wow! I just discovered next gen about a year ago but couldn’t find a place that consistently did a good job. Eureka! This place rocks. Mindy did my nails just the right length, thickness and filed them perfectly. They are hand-​model worthy. Courtney did my toes with the same quality, care and SPEED! They’re english is impeccable and conversation is energetic and interesting. I will keep coming back!

I brought my son and two nieces here for my niece’s fourth birthday, they’re 4, 3, and 1 years old. The staff was incredible with the kids, very patient and kind. They even corrected two nails on the one year old when she messed them up before they completely dried. I actually felt relaxed enough to get a spa pedicure myself with three kids in tow! I believe the lady that did my nails was Jenny or maybe Jenna? But she was amazing. Sweet with the kids and she put a lot of effort into my pedicure, not rushing through so I’d leave with the kids like every other salon does to me. Side note: She was amazing at painting zebra stripes! Highly recommend this place.

It’s so hard to find a clean, friendly nail salon that does your nails exactly how you want them. For me at least! I’m glad I decided to follow some of the reviews on here and give them a try. Great environment, I made an appointment and I got attended as soon as I got there. I decided to get French shellac done, Kim was the one that took care of me and she did an amazing job! I was very impressed at how fast and efficient she was :) looking forward to going back soon.

I had the best mani/​pedi ever with Kaylee. She took her time, and my nails look amazing. She’s really sweet and I plan to ask for her the next time I go in!

I love Bella Salon and Spa! Brandee was my nail tech and I walked out loving my beautiful nexgen set! She has the best customer service and she had me laughing the WHOLE TIME I’m definitely scheduling with her from here on out! The receptionists Sara and Kat were very helpful and sweet!

Super clean, very friendly, great ambiance. Had a fill done and they look great. Took longer than I wanted to dry (no UV drying for acrylics) but everything else was perfect!

They were so kind and did such a great job on my nails! Most definitely will be coming back for a second visit!

Sadly have been met with horrible customer service twice now. The first time we made a reservation well in advance, only to show up and they had no record of our reservation. We left that day, hoping to come back today for a better experience. They ended up charging us for a service that we didn’t receive then did not offer to refund it. We are not pleased!

Had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, the lady did a great job reshaping them. I have been getting them threaded for years and had to stop since they made them so thin, but she made them look fuller again. :)
Oy down side is in had an appointment and had to wait, but very pleased with the outcome.

I tried this salon last Friday. The salon was very clean but the prices are too high for the quality of service. I’ve been to several nail salons to get a pedicure and this was by far my worst experience. The service was rushed and the callus treatment was not what I expected. I can use a pumice bar at home to do what they did! When they trim your nails they (other salons) usually clean around and under your nails but this place did none of that. I will not be back. I would like to think it may have just been my technician but my friend got a pedicure at the same time and was not impressed.

Love this place. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I’ve been going to Bella’s for the past two years, never have I went home with a frown. Everyone their will take of you for sure.

I’ve been coming to this salon unregularly since it has opened with no problems. I called this Friday and had them put me down for a manicure AND a full set since they do not do any type of cuticle clean up and I was really needing the relaxing experience from the week that I had.
When I walked in the front desk girls were just standing around chatting and I told them I was down for a mani AND a full set. There was no «ok have a seat and and someone will be right with you» or «pick a color and your tech will be right with you» They didn’t say anything, I just stood there wondering if they were even going to respond and eventually proceeded to pick my color on my own. Finally one of the techs came and got me and started in on the acrylic set. I figured maybe she was going to do the mani after… as I don’t know how their system works.
What really turned me off at this point was her telling me that her way was better when I asked her to do them a little thinner and shorter and then not even bothering to put a second coat of color on before bringing me to and leaving me at the drying table. I’d never had a tech rush through and do such an awful job.
When I finally was done waiting and wondering if someone else was going to do the manicure part I went to the front desk and asked the front desk girls. Sure enough there was some lack in communication, and all they had to say was «oh». They offered to get me in with someone else but of course at that point I did not have the time nor the patience to deal with it. They were completely unapologetic. Not a single «I’m so sorry about that» or attempt to fix the problem. One of the girls had the audacity to say «have a nice day» sarcastically on my way out. Are you serious? These girls need some serious training on customer service.
This was also after I had walked in to the Flower Mound location Tuesday morning and was completely understanding when they asked me to come back in 30min. I had them put me down for 12 and when I came back they said they were too busy for me… I’m not sure if I even care to give this place another chance or not despite it being so wonderful for all the «regulars».

Definitely one of the best nail/​hair salons I’ve ever been to! The interior design is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. I recently got a full set of solar nails and the technician did an amazing job. I’ve also received a great eyebrow waxing and was even more pleased after seeing Jennifer to get my hair done for the first time and she also did an amazing job. This will now be my go to nail salon!

Lately I’ve tried a couple salons other than Bella with friends and I’ll never do it again! Bella is the absolute best and no matter who you get you’ll be happy! Everyone is so nice and the work is always high quality!

Best nail salon I have ever been to! Very busy, but only a 3 – 4 minute wait for me. Some customers were not able to get in (probably due to the services they wanted and the time of day), but were immediately scheduled for an appt for the following day. Everyone I saw that got rescheduled had no problem with it– a good sign that they do awesome work that is worth the wait.
I have horrible nails, but I hate the way that long, thick acrylics look. I can’t have long nails anyway because I am a musician. This is the ONLY nail salon I have EVER been to that successfully completed my request for very short, thinner acrylics. They look very natural, I am so excited to have finally found a nail salon that 1) does a fabulous job, 2) doesn’t argue with me and tell me that my request is impossible and 3) doesn’t pressure me to buy a lot of extra things.
She DID manage to up-​sell me to gel polish over my acrylics, and some nail art. But honestly, I wanted it anyway. Had I been firm and said no, I don’t feel that she would have been pushy.

Overpriced and not great. I had the Milk & Honey pedicure with a regular manicure. After adding a French Manicure on my hands (which flaked after 5 hours) and a flower on each of my big toes, the total was $ 80 plus tip.
The callus removal was not thorough and my feet feel rougher now than when I walked in the salon. I will not return to this salon ever.

This is truly the most relaxing and enjoyable salon in North Texas!
Oh I’m sure you could find other salons with good service but here… It’s the whole experience!!! The best of everything here!
You are drawn to the staff who are always happy to see you. They are engaging and attentive.
The owners Patrick and Kim they just keep you laughing!!! I love them all!

I absolutely adore this place!!! So glad I’ve finally found my «must-​have» salon in the Denton area. I get monthly French mani’s so this was a necessity.
The location is easily accessible (right off 35’s frontage road) and in a fairly large shopping center. It just so happens to be right under Max Tan, where I tan ;) Convenient.
The décor is gorgeous :) Like a secret, Venetian getaway. Love love love it.
The chairs are even super comfy.
The staff are all very friendly and courteous. I was offered a drink upon entering and given white wine, to my request. Delish.
As for what really matters, the service provided, I absolutely loved my French gel mani. This is a lengthy service but the lady who helped me did fantastic. She was friendly, gentle, and my mani looks amazing. I just love the attention to little details like soaking my fingers in warmer water instead of your typical cold stuff. Nice.
Only 1 star off because hey, the price is a little steep. I could get the same service in the mall for like 10 bucks cheaper. But at the end of the day, you pay for the great service and awesome locale, so its a compromise.
Also: Make a reservation ahead of time by calling or making one in person. They book up quick!
