This place is a joke! I had a consultation today with Mr hines. I showed up 20min early and the receptionist told me that he was still on lunch wich was okay i wasn’t in a rush. 10min passed by and this younger looking guy in a tacky suit walked by looking confused and seemed like he was on some type of drug. Turns out this guy in the tacky suit is the guy helping me. He tells me that mr. Jeffrey Hines wasn’t in the office and could not meet with me because he had some type of «emergency» when the receptionist just told me he was having lunch in his office. Anyways we go in to a room to discuss my situation and all he does is read from a script saying what we need to pay without him telling us how he’s going to help me. This guy was stuttering, constantly sweating from his forehead, can barely read and had no clue what he was taking about. Then again this is TEXAS so makes perfect sense. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone its a big scam.
