Established in 2010.

In the beginning, Ivan started as a public accountant at a large international firm and quickly developed a love for accounting and entrepreneurship.

In public accounting, Ivan served entrepreneurs, publicly traded companies, and individuals. Entrepreneurs face unique challenges in that they have big needs and few resources. Further, individuals were focused on end-​of-​the-​year tax compliance, therefore, not taking advantage of tax reduction strategies from year to year.

We had seen enough. We started in the spring of 2010 to help businesses and individuals:
