I got estimates for body repair from three shops. Kay’s gave me the middle estimate in price, but I am so glad I went with them over the lowest prices estimate. The work was done quickly and extremely well — my car looks better now than it did before the accident! Moreover, my interactions with the folks there were wonderful, the final cost was lower than the original estimate due to the efforts of repairman to get the best deal on paint, and, to my surprise and delight, they even touched up an unrelated damaged spot free of charge. It’s worth going to the non-​chain shop — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
