I began helping people with their resumes in the spring of 2013 because I saw so many bright and talented students who needed help getting their first «real» job. We all know how overwhelming searching for quality jobs can be, and how depressing it is when you are passed over for that perfect job.

…BUT you don’t have to be stuck with a blank page or a bad case of writer’s block. You are uniquely talented, you are qualified, and if you could get to an interview you could show them! So let me help you show who you really are. Let me make you stand out from the flood of emails and the recycling bin of paper resumes. Let’s give them something bold that they will remember. Business Owner

I graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) in May 2013, with a degree in Professional and Technical Communication. Excerpts of my student work were published in «Writing for Results» — a UNT TECM textbook.

I have experience editing corporate resumes at Health Management Systems, and I gained experience in document design and professional writing from numerous class externships. During these externships i worked for Balfour Beatty, Linguistics and Technical Communication Graduate Studies, Vireo, and MLink. I learned to work with changing client needs, and I pushed teams to create comprehensive business documents and marketing pieces on short deadlines. I also took a corporate communications course from the Disney College Program in which I completed 10 public relation and internal communications case studies

These experiences taught me how to develop positive and professional language in resumes and business documents, and now I can pass on what I have learned to you.
