Easily the worst landlord in Denton that I have experienced. Since the market is inclined to the sellers in this college town we felt we had little other options than to sign a lease that was pretty limiting to the renters. It was very apparent that there has been no up-​keep on Williams & Williams part and soon after moving in we had mushrooms growing in our shower. Eddie was often unprofessional and accusatory when we stated the many problems with the state of the house. There were many unused electrical wires and other electrical shortages that could only mean that the work that had been previously done on that house must have been done by an amateur. The house was hardly livable and the customer service was very immature. I would not recommend this landlord.

Moved in to a seemingly charming older home, but quickly became aware of many issues of a home that is falling into disrepair because it hasn’t been cared for or updated. We had numerous problems during our time there, including a cockroach infestation, serious and dangerous electrical problems, poor insulation and heat and air control, and a mold infestation that caused serious health issues. The day we moved in, the house was incredibly dirty and hadn’t seemed to be checked out after the previous tenants, who were still moving out the day we moved in. Several doors were falling off, drawers were broken, etc. Many of the smaller issues could have been forgivable, save for the serious, health threatening mold problem. The mold was behind the walls of the showers and moved into my roommates bedroom, which caused her to suffer seizures and other serious health problems. After months of complaints, the problem was finally taken care of a month before we moved out. Any issue that we had was usually deflected, and somehow blamed on the tenants. In the end, Mr. Williams took no responsibility for any of the problems with the home and avoided contacting us. Overall, he took advantage us, and ignored our serious concerns. I would not recommend him to renters.

Went through a couple of so-​so realtors before I found Eddie Williams @ Williams & Williams. The wife and I were really picky and Eddie showed us at least 20 houses before we found what we wanted. He helped us get a great deal on our new house and made the entire process super smooth.
I felt he was honest with us and met our needs.

I was extremely happy after working with Eddie. I feel very fortunate that Eddie was recommended to me by an associate. My family and I sold a ranch and we were all very happy with the outcome. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Myself, brother and sister felt comfortable dealing with him. I would highly recommend using Eddie and Williams & Williams Realtors.

The realtor Eddie Williams tried stealing an extra 1% more than we agreed on. We agreed on 3% and then he asked for 4% behind my back thus raising the price of the home. Due to this I fired him and would recommend everyone from staying away from these realtors!
