A New Spirit

A New Spirit is fantastic spa and great staff.
With a few exceptions regarding cheap shower/​dressing room products, and float tanks that r not a nice as others for the same price. The spa is relaxing, and offers great services.
I booked a flotation session, sauna, and facial w/​peel. I walked out feeling so relaxed and centered.
The staff were very accommodating. They were attentive making sure I was comfortable, and my needs were met.
The flotation session was very relaxing, the float session was more beneficial than any session my therapist could hope to offer.
The Infrared sauna felt very nice after the tank. I needed to be warmer so on my next visit I’ll ask they turn up the heat. I can’t say the experience was relaxing… The sauna is not private. It’s located directly on the path to all other services. It’s right across from the foot soak area. Clients can’t help but to look inside the sauna. It’s impossible to relax when someone is 10ft away and able to see u.
My facial was fantastic. My skin looked and felt fantastic. The experience was so good that I’ll return often for services.
The down side of the spa…
The flotation tank I was in is not as nice as the tanks at other spas. They are either old models or just plain cheaper models.
The pricing for sessions is the same as all the other spas. After going to another spa to compare I will go to another spa for flotation sessions.
**For the prices that r being charged the spa should offer their clients quality products regarding the shower/​dressing room.
I don’t expect they use what I do which r high end quality and cost products.
However, offering unidentified shampoo & conditioner, & Dove body wash and cheap lotion sort of takes away the quality. It would b nice to use spa products
Most clients would like to use quality products that they don’t use everyday, not products found at Walmart.
I still give this spa a high rating due to the excellent staff, knowledgeable estheticians, cleanliness, and that they offer many quality services.

Stopped in for a prenatal massage and it was amazing and just what I needed. Reasonable pricing for the prenatal massage. The massage therapist was pleasant and professional (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). She catered to the pressure that I wanted. I would definitely recommend A New Spirit.

Tried the floating because it sounded like an interesting experience, it was ok. The water was a bit warm so the tank was very humid and I ended up periodically opening the door which somewhat disrupted my experience. Otherwise good customer service, mostly clean showers, etc., and I don’t feel extremely disappointed because I only paid $ 30 for an hour float (Tea-​time, M-​F 10 – 2)

I love this spa! The pricing is very reasonable for a nice day spa (compared to «fancy hotel» prices). I’ve been here a few times now and all the service providers have been great! I’m currently a nursing mom and they were extremely accommodating to me by letting me use a room to pump after my massage and facial. My masseuse also let me do a side lying massage since being on my stomach is difficult for me right now. They sell Sanitas skin care products which is a huge plus to me. They have floatation tanks, which I’ve only used when I was pregnant. It made me feel a bit dizzy, so I need to give it another try now that I’m no longer pregnant. People seem to love the flotation tanks and come here just for that alone. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a nice spa experience!

Gorgeous and relaxing spa with professional and knowledgeable staff. Everything from facials, detoxing, floating, sauna and the BEST massages in the world!

We had the best day! Flotation, sauna, massage, foot detox bath… it was just what we needed. The staff was amazingly friendly and made sure our every need was attended too! We can’t wait to go back! I would recommend this to EVERYONE! Best spa day ever!

I absolutely love A New Spirit. Everything about the spa is refreshing and fantastic. I have been going to A New Spirit since the spa opened at the old location across the street from the new location and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and all of the services. The first person to ever give me a facial was the owner! Andrea is the coolest and most professional woman.
Call to make an appointment so you can get the specific time you want for their great services. Their Tea Time services are fantastic and well priced, I use that the most. Great place to take a man for Valentines day, a birthday, anniversary or for a romantic couple spa appointment. Love the Lobby area and the selection of tea they have. Love that you can take a quick shower to cleanse yourself after a session. The facials they offer are the best in town to me.

Was in Denver for a week and always wanted to float. Did 1 hr Monday and 2 hours Tuesday. Amazing experience. Way cheaper than a shrink! (Take off contact lenses!)
Acupuncture fell super flat but who knows maybe it’ll work for you I just tried it for kicks and giggles. Amazing staff. Even a southerner like myself didn’t feel like it was too namaste chakra soft voice toxin. Go float!

This place is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else! Nancy is wonderful. She is the best and if your looking for someone who knows exactly what you need… she is your girl! I’m big on the energy of your therapist and hers is beautiful. She is such a wonderful presence. The place is so pretty. They offer tons of different types of massages and flotation. You absolutely won’t be sorry you try this place!

Love this spa! I generally have gone to use the float tanks. I have been to other places for float tanks and they weren’t as warm and the environment wasn’t as pleasing. This place is very relaxing for the mind and soul. Showers that we use prior to floating are nice and clean and they provide a good amount of products so you don’t have to lug shampoo, conditioner and hair care products around with you. Beautiful, clean spa with lovely water features and relaxing music. Last month my husband and I tried the massages and they were one of the best massages we have ever had! Very relaxing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and rejuvenating their mind and body. I feel pricing is reasonable. They do offer combination packages so you can enjoy multiple services while you’re there. Although this spa is quite a distance from home, we will drive the distance, it’s well worth it!

This is a wonderful, therapeutic wellness and massage spa.
Massage, facial, infrared sauna are all fantastic.
The lymphatic massage with Nicole has been so helpful.
Service is friendly and convenient.
The mid day specials from 10 – 2 are a steal.
You will not regret a visit to this relaxing spa.

We have been coming here for a few years, well the business we have. It has always been a good experience. We have done the sauna, float tanks and couples massage. While everyone has their own preferences, I would only like to get my massages from Nancy or Rachel. It just seems like these two have our needs dialed in and we bo longer have to tell them what we need. The new building is very inviting. I like it better. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

If you have fibromyalgia do NOT go here for the epson salt tubs. I am tempature sensative. I explained that very thoroughly to them. They said it would not be a problem keeping the tubs at body temperature or above. I had been going for two weeks with great results, that was all undone today. I came out with cramping all over and near tears. I would not entrust my health to this spa again. Just a warning for anyone with temperature sensitive issues! Wish I could give negative stars!

Terrible. The massage was mediocre at best, no aromatherapy as promised. The worst part was; THE TV WAS ON, BLARING THE FOOTBALL GAME! That’s no spa experience! Will never go back, I prefer relaxation when I go to a spa.

I had the pleasure of checking out the new space for A New Spirit (right across the street from it’s former location). The new space is beautiful and it’s obvious Andrea took a lot of time and energy to make the space a beautiful sanctuary in the city. I had a wonderful massage with Beth and look forward to my next visit.
