The people here are wonderful. Every time I come in they always ask if I need help, and once I made a mistake with an Head light cleaner and refinisher the guy came out and actually helped me do it over, luckily they weren’t very busy but I was in tears thought I ruined my head lights. (I was more worried about what my husband was going to say ;0) but luckily they helped me and it looked awesome, they went above and beyond which has always been my experience here and we’ve been going here for a very long time. They even put my wipers on for me!

Great and helpful staff. Always willing to go an extra mile or so to help you get what you need. Combined, all of the employees have a pretty extensive wheelhouse of knowledge on different makes and models. I love coming here because I learn at least one new thing about my Jeep each time I’m in for something.

I went in for return and the manager they have at this location should not be a manager, he is very unprofessional! I asked him about the warranty and he gave me a sarcastic snotty comment back and to top it off wrote it down on a piece of paper with attitude! I told him I didn’t appreciate his comment and I turned around and walked off. He then slammed his hand on the desk and ran around the desk and chased me out of the store! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I was in total shock that a manager would behave this way! He told me that he was helping, but I told him he didn’t need to be sarcastic about it. He then threw his hands in the air and turn around and told me that I was very rude person. I then told him I will be in contact with his boss.
His attitude was outrageous and the way he handled the situation was completely immature and unacceptable for a manager!!! All I can hope is that this will reach their headquarters and something will be done about him…
