The apartment itself is great — not much air flow, but happy with the apartment. The amenities are high quality(gym, pool, storage options). Noise is a major issue. We literally cannot sleep with windows open, nor really keep them open anytime of the day because the trains are so loud. The common areas(specifically the elevator) are constantly disgusting and dirty. I know they have people who do clean them, but they get trashed daily. If you choose to live here, be prepared to have friends over only by way of cab or light rail. There is no parking for guests and if they park in the ABSOLUTELYVACANT retail spots, they get towed for $ 275. It is severe and harsh considering the spots are completed unused. I know it’s a slippery slope and you need to have rules or it gets abused, but I truly ask, where are guests supposed to go? They have no option. It’s cab or nothing.

Not the friendliest of staff. Sometimes it feels like you are asking the world to have one of the girls(I won’t name her here), let you into the office to get a package after hours, WEPAYHOWMUCH and you CLOSEWHEN? If you have an issue, it can take days for a manager to contact you for a resolution. They also have strict no bars about it policies. Its like living inside of a corporation. The resident issues seem to be fixed for now… but we used to have lots of dog poop INTHEHALLWAYS. It always smelled like weed too! It would sometimes take days to get cleaned up. It’s also overpiced for the neigborhood and size of the apartments… I wonder if it might be cheaper if they eliminated all these«community events» that no one seems to care much about. That said, the inside of the units are quite nice and you’ll have all the amenities you need. Cons — Poor management — Sometimes juvenile resident behavior — Sketchy neigborhood — Overpriced Pros — Close to the train — Nice interiors,(but small)

Odd that there is only one review now. Check out other reviews via Google. CitySearch is good…

I just moved here from FL& they gave me a great deal… Renting a $ 1150 apt for $ 975. They amenities are awesome — pool, hot tub, gym, free yoga 3x a week, large dogs allowed, 1 block from lightrail, 5 min to anything downtown, south pearl/platte park is 6 blocks & wash park is 12 blocks away. I love it here, if you decide to move in please use me ‘jaimie carlson’ as your reference.
