Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made the mistake of bundling my homeowners insurance with Allstate through this agent and have had nothing but problems. This agent is completely incompetent. After canceling my homeowners insurance and my auto insurance, complaining to Allstate, and spending hours on the phone trying to fix issues I am still receiving bills! I would highly recommend finding a different agent if you decide to use Allstate.
