American Tech Support is a locally owned and operated company providing a full range of technology support and consulting services. Based in Denver, we specialize in the tech needs of small-​to-​medium sized businesses, individuals and other organizations. We are different from other tech support options because we’re accountable, unlike a Craigslist freelance technician or consultant; and we’re personable, unlike a large corporation. As we’ve grown, we have not lost touch with our earliest customers. 5 star customer service! If you’re having computer issues, call Ed! He was gracious enough to take time out of his busy day to help me with some stupid computer issue I was having. Dealing with computers, like anything, it could be 2,526 different things that could be the problem and trying to pinpoint that over the phone without knowing or seeing the computer is pretty tough. Just the fact the he was willing to help and get back to me multiple times without sounding annoyed or put-​out was relieving to hear. I got my computer figured out and Ed definitely helped steer me in the right direction. I hope to never have a computer problem that I can’t fix, but if I do… I’m calling American Tech Support!

Ed is professional, punctual, and knows his stuff. I highly recommend hiring him for your IT needs. Perhaps best of all, he doesn’t roll his eyes when you ask stupid questions! We have used Ed several times to fix issues we’ve created and we will continue to do so.

Huge Scam!!! This is a big scam do not let them trick you and try to touch your computer. I received a call at 5am from a person who was obviously overseas in India. He tried to tell me I had viruses and major infections in my computer. I am very knowledgeable with computers myself. He tried to show me things which were not actual issues. Then tried to do things on my computer with out my permission. I questioned the companies legitimacy and he couldn’t answer simple questions. I said I was not going to continue because I know it is a scam and I will not pay a some for this. When I asked him to stop until he explains things properly he was laughing saying he is gonna make my computer crash. Luckily I disconnected the connection as he was trying to go in my system and put a password on it so I couldn’t do anything. I will not stop contacted who I need to, to make sure this company is closed down for good. Be warned! So your research and you will see videos of this scam where people caught them. Since they had a different name before.

First appointment with ATS was with the owner, Ed Partch, to try to clean up and/​or speed up my older Toshiba Satellite laptop, as it had become unbearably slow. Long story short, Ed told me that the PC had a h/​w configuration that would limit it from performing much better and advised me to get a new PC. The reason that I feel that Ed delivered exceptional service is that he 1.) wasn’t afraid to tell me «bad news» — you need a new PC, 2.) gave this advice as soon as he had a chance to look at the PC — didn’t waste his time or mine, and 3.) didn’t charge me for the service call to my house. Ed even went so far as to make a recommendation as to what PC I should purchase for my home use — and no, it wasn’t from Ed. All he asked for was a Unilocal review, and hoped that we would call his company the next time we needed computer service. Well, I’m glad to provide a review for good service, and I’ll definitely call ATS the next time I need computer help (and refer anyone I know as well). Thanks, Ed.

American Tech Support has handled my IT needs since 2010. The guys at Micro Center gave them high marks and I’ve used them on ever computer I’ve gotten since. I like that they call back fast and schedule appointments when it is convenient for me. I also like that they don’t charge for small item advice. I will call and ask questions and they walk me through the solution if it is a quick fix. Love that.

Ed Partch and his staff of savvy PC techs blow away Geek Squad any day! Ed and his staff are very professional, friendly, and they really know their stuff. American Tech Support is a very reliable and able to accommodate an emergency on short notice. They work on my schedule not in a 2 or 4 hour time window, My time is valuable and to have to wait in a 2 or 4 hour time window is not acceptable. Best of all they are local, and for me that is very important to support local business before I use those big corporations where you are more of a number than a person. Ed makes you feel valued as a customer. I call Ed even for software suggestions. There is nothing PC related these guys can’t help with. I will never use anyone else for any of my PC needs and I will recommend this company to anyone in need of PC technical support.
