IGNORANT! All of them! Not surprised they barely have one star. They all have zero intelligence and come outside your window at 7am & make a ruckus.
Biggest bunch of morons. Rude & ignorant

They really deserve no stars, but that’s not allowed. I’ve never had a more shocking and disturbing experience from a business in the service industry.
Long story short:
I called them on a Tuesday wanting work done by the weekend. I knew it was short notice, but he said he could definitely do it on Friday. It was important to me that it got done so I reiterated it many times that it needed to be done on that Friday or was going to have to hire someone else. Again, he guaranteed it would be done on that Friday.
Friday comes, I leave work early to meet w/​him (so I thought). He never shows up. I call and leave a message and I never hear back. Needless to say, I never got my lawn service by my weekend goal. FAIL. Fired. Next company please.
On the following Monday on call and leave message and I never hear back again. I give up. FAIL
I hire another landscaper and they do a great job… I pay her. Message for a reference. She is located in Highlands.
2 months later I get a bill in the mail from this company for work done. FAIL
I ignore the joke.
Since then I have received two threatening phone calls from someone who must be the owner (not positive). He used bad language, insulted me and threatened me for payment. FAIL To me, this is the truly disturbing part. This is the giant RED FLAG. Don’t use this company. You get involved with a company like this and the next thing you know you’ll have a lien on your house because the owner (or person calling me) clearly has aggressive incoherent attributes.
It’s crazy cause he admits to not getting it done and not calling me back but still wants money?
He claims weeks after the fact (past the deadline) that he sent guys over to do landscaping (awesome! after someone else already did it! thanks!). Even if he did, it was WAY past the Friday he committed to doing the work and never returned any calls from me. Again, the shocking part was this guys threatening attitude. He wants to take me to collections… for what??? What service did you deliver? What did I sign?
Seriously, by this guys logic, he could just go around picking weeds at random people’s houses, bill them and threaten them when they don’t pay. It’s crazy.
I cannot stress enough. Do not use this company.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. Initially, they were very friendly on the phone and explain to me that while they are not the cheapest lawn service company, they are also not the most expensive and that their attention to detail is why they charge a bit higher than some others. I ordered a one-​time mow and one-​time weed-​control to start. When I got home, I was shocked to see that there was zero attention to detail. They completely failed to mow an entire 3’x10’ area along the side of my house and missed spraying many of the weeds in my yard. I called them to request that they come back and mow the section they missed, plus discuss the weeds. It was a very frusturating conversation as they kept trying to say they would bill me an additonal $ 31 for the 2^nd mow and I kept saying that it was not a 2^nd mow, it was simply completing the «details» they missed the first time around. TWO weeks later they came back and mowed the 3’x10’ area that they missed. I just received my bill in the mail today sure enough, it is charging me for 2 mows. Obviously I am not going to pay for this. Terrible communication, no attention to detail, and a total waste of my time. The whole ordeal has been very frusturating and I will not be using them again.
