Awful service. No appointments for oil change so waited two hours. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation service program but was essentially useless as they waited an hour and half to tell me I need a tire lock key which I could not find on my 2015 vehicle. They underestimated time required so I was stuck waiting for vehicle and missed next appointment. And tires still aren’t rotates. Jiffy lube would have been better.

Horrible company policy, I spoke with a sales manager about my problem with our family recently purchased less than three year old car at less than 60, 000 miles. Purchased less then 6 months ago at over $ 23, 000. I was told basically told that the only thing he would do is schedule to be looked at but I would be charged!!! And that’s company policy (they don’t look at anything for free). Shocking most places try to help more! So politely re-​run over it one more time with him just in case I missed saying some the first time. But also add on that we just got your taxes back and we were now ready to upgrade your second car (trade in old for a newer used S.U.V.) Still no willingness to work with me at all. I mention that I’m familiar with dealerships, he tells that I should have already known than they weren’t going to do anything because things happen!!!
At that point if they can’t work with me then I’ll never give them a penny of my money ever again.
Funny if he would have helped me at all, I would probably be in there show room looking at cars right now!
But I’m writing this and after I post it I’ll be looking for a new dealership.
As I finish writing this it hits on how really this upsets me. I’ve only owned GMC vehicles in my 20 plus years of driving and till now I have always had a good experience. They always been very willing to work with a life long customer. We’ll till these guys!!! I got more help at my local parts store.

The «mechanics» are a JOKE! I received 7 free oil changes when I purchased my car from AutoNation in Jan 2015. So of course, I’ve been allowing them to do it. Well I took it in 2 weeks ago for an oil change & tire rotation, but I also wanted them to listen to the engine as it was making a loud noise and didn’t sound right to me. I was told the «oil change mechanics are not qualified to do an inspection», so I had to make an apt.
I went back the following Monday at 7:45 am, my apt was at 8 am. Told the guy in the garage what I was there for. I sat around waiting for 2 hours. I had to go ask if it was close to done as I was sick of waiting. Was told my fan is constantly running because my car is overheating & I need a new thermostat. They wanted $ 420 and would take another 2 hours. I declined the service, as I wanted to talk it over with my husband first. I asked for a quote incase I decided to go through with it. I was given a piece of paper with handwritten info, random scribbles, made no sense. Got into my car and drove off. Only to realize that the DIDNT even change the oil OR rotate my tires. So it took them 2 HOURS to do what? I called them to ask why my oil wasn’t changed & was told they were not aware it was supposed to be. DUH?! Then I get an email the next day saying I missed my oil change apt. HA!
I took it to a REAL mechanic only to find out that my transmission fluid was bone dry, my car is stuck in 4WD & not shifting into 3^rd gear.
Hmm, wouldn’t you check fluids if you are inspecting an issue? I’m pretty sure they are supposed to fluids with an oil change too. Which clearly they failed to do during my other oil changes.
Obviously NONE of the mechanics are qualified to do much of anything at this place. I have 4 oil changes left, and I can assure you I will NOT allow them to do them.

First of all, ignore any five star reviews… they bribe customers with ‘free gas’ for five star reviews. What they don’t tell you is that you have to physically go back to the dealer and take them with you to the gas station for the fill up.
This is BY FAR the WORST dealership I have ever set foot in. I can’t even begin to describe the nightmare of an experience I had… so much sketchiness and terrible customer service. Also make sure you check your OWN carfax, as I personally observed then falsely advertising incorrect mileage much lower than the vehicle actually had. DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST THIS DEALER. If I could give zero stars I would.

A bad experience all around. I made 5 trips down to this location.
1^st trip went there parked in front and walked all around looking at cars and got no help not a bad thing because I got to look at the cars and trucks with no one bothering me.
2^nd trip stopped by with my wife and did the same thing asked some salesman for some assistance he said he would get somebody never came back we got in my car we drove around and looked at the trucks then.
3^rd trip I stop by I did get some help from Joel G also known as Jr. He was very helpful we walked around talked about Lessing and buying. I test drove a few trucks and told him I would be back with wife and mom my negotiator.
4^th trip came back on a Saturday they were Busy I had to walk up to somebody and ask for JR he was very busy at the moment so I got with the different salesman and we pulled my credit score they brought me some trucks I could afford. We started to negotiate finally got to price we agreed on I signed a paper with the salesman agreeing on a one term he went talk to the manager came back and said the deal was good I went test drove the truck and said yes I will take it they printed up the paperwork to make a sale and it was not what we agreed on the manager came up with the paper we signed and said they couldn’t lose money on that truck so we left.
5^th and last trip I got a call from Jr. On Monday Saying sorry to come back that I was going to get the deal that we signed I told him ok I would stop by. I did go with my wife and he tried to sale me another truck telling me that they wanted to see if I was serious on buying a truck and they could not lose money on the truck I wanted.
SO I ADVISE EVERYONE TO MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING

This is one of the worst experiences I have had buying a car. Classic super hard sell, waiting around, ended up with a vehicle that I subsequently found was leaking oil, the check engine light came on 20 miles in, and they had masked the smell of cigarette smoke. They knew this as they tried to have me sign a non return waiver. Luckily I did not and returned the vehicle. I am currently trying to get my refund but they will not return my calls. Opened a fraud case with my credit card company. I worked with Ryan and Chris K but I am sure they are not unique in their approach.

What horrible service. I came in honest about my credit history and looking to buy a cheap vehicle. They told me I was approved for around $xx.xx. Exciting news. I test drove a few cars, made a decision on a couple vehicles. They made me wait several hours and repeatedly asked my girlfiend to co-​sign when I told them that she or anyone else is not an option, then said I was not approved for any amount. After being there for 3 hours, after being told I was approved… Then they tried to sell me a $ 2000.00 car that didnt start, Manager’s Special. I feel horrible for the salesman that they dicked around with me getting both of our hopes up. Mike was great but this is by far the worst service I have ever gotten at any level. You should be embarrassed.
**Update. They approved me for $xx.xx credit, had me test drive cars and make a decision. Then they told me I wasn’t approved for any loan whatsoever. They repeatedly asked my girlfriend to co-​sign after I asked them not to speak to her or ask her again. Then they tried to sell me a $ 2000 car that did not start, «Manager’s Special». And again asked my girlfriend to cosign for another car when I refused to buy that piece of trash. **So I got a comment back from my previous post with the Sales Manager’s contact information. I called the phone number, it was a general customer service line and the Sales Manager wasn’t available, surprise. This Sales Manager named Chris was so busy he called me a week later (now Christmas Eve) and asked me if anything has changed with my financial situation allowing me to buy a car. He had no idea I was the disgruntled customer making this post and had never been delivered the message or my contact info to call me back. He was calling me to sell me another piece of trash, not rectify the situation. I bet you’d love to try to sell me a car that doesn’t start for $ 2,000 again. You are dirty brown water trash as a company and so are all of your employees. Merry Christmas 1 star is too many.

Being third in line first thing in the morning for the express oil change service should have you in and out in about 3-​hours. Screw these clowns. Also, if you bring your car in for warranty work they always tell you they cannot get the car to repeat the malfunction you brought it in for. In my case this claim was so utterly absurd, but I left just to get away from the idiocy. Don’t buy a car here, and if you do then do not buy extended oil changes or warranties, as they will find a way to frustrate you to the point that you’d rather just pay for the work.
Update: At the end of this morning’s oil change I was told my brakes are at 55% all the way around. My rear brakes were replaced two-​weeks ago (800-​miles ago). I told the service guy and his back pedaling and excuses were hilarious. He mentioned they just do a visual inspection, and that he was going to go yell at someone. The cashier was getting a kick out of it too. Steer clear of this place.

Why can’t I give zero stars? SERIOUSLY! Let me begin.
I sent in my application via Internet on a car that I was really interested in thinking ahead that they would at least have my info first thing on Friday. So low and behold a salesman called me. I TOLD him specifically where I needed to be at for a payment. No higher than 360 – 400 a month range. «Oh yeah we can get you into that, no problem.» Again, I said are you sure bc I don’t want to leave my house in 15 degree weather and I’m not going there until you know 100 percent that you can work with what I can afford.
Needless to say I went down there test drove the car I was interested in purchasing and I asked him again. Are you sure I can be in the $ 360 – 400 range with my payments? «Yes, with it being Black Friday we sure can.» When we got back to the dealership from the test drive, that’s when the NIGHTMARE from straight HELL began… He told me that him and the sales manager needed to take my car to estimate for my trade in. Understandable. Then.15 minutes goes by. 20 minutes goes by. 30 minutes goes by. Meantime, I’m sitting in the dealership on my phone FB ing and getting impatient. Thinking, it should take this long. Then he came back at 45 minutes later. Had papers in his hand slapped it down in front of me with my «new» paperwork saying that my new car payment would be $ 750 a month. ARE you f ing kidding me? I looked at him and said «You are an f ing liar! I didn’t come down here to triple my car payments! Give me back my keys.» He scrambled at the front desk with his slime ball sales manager. Couldn’t find them. I said «Give me back my keys I need to leave. I’m f ing pissed.» It seriously took them both 10 minutes to find them as I was leaving the a hole of a sales manager said. «We can lower your payment.» Are you KIDDING me?! Right?
Yeah. That was my experience with these jerks. I will NEVER step foot in your joke of a dealership EVER again. LIARS!. Oh and yeah, I went to a competitor of yours and I bought the same car for $$ payment I was looking for actually lower. Go to Stevinson in Golden. They are straight up HONEST people. Something that you ALL need to work on.

Terrible experience!!! I was leasing a 2014 Jetta and was looking to trade it in for a small SUV. Joel Gonzales (Junior) was «helping» me. I said I wanted a larger vehicle and he offered me a Chevy Malibu? I said a small SUV and he jumps up to a a Tahoe! Its never good when you know more about cars than your salesmen.
He told me to lease after I had very clearly said I was unhappy leasing a vehicle! I knew what I was looking for and found two vehicles I loved however I felt they were out of my price range they pushed me to try anyway so I thought what could it hurt. More money down that I was not comfortable with The process to even give me a price was ridiculous! They pushed and pushed for more money but I was not budging. They were very rude about it finally another salesmen had to communicate with me because Junior was plain stupid. He didn’t hear anything I had to say or care what I wanted and questioned everything! Any way Justin started to help me– very nice guy, he gave me a price range to stick with so he said he would keep an eye out for something that would fit my needs. I ended up finding a different vehicle in my price range at another Auto nation and since A. N Chevy already had my info I thought I would just have the car transferred. I call Justin and he lets me know they NEED money down and they could not do the sale without it. I bought the car from Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep in Littleton 0 down great interest rate and payments I was more then comfortable with!

Stop, don’t do it. They are great at first but when you take a couple of days they start pushing for an answer today. Walk away when they need an answer now. There is a better deal to be had.

This was definitely your typical, sleazy, way too in-​your-​face type of place. I can’t remember the name of the young guy that tried to help me, but he was pushing a car that was wayyyy out of my price range. I kept telling him that I couldn’t afford it but he was really insistent. When I asked to see if he could get a lower price, he literally said «I can try, but the finance guys aren’t going to be happy.» I looked at him and I said, «well, right now your job is to make ME happy, I don’t really care about making them unhappy.»
He was embarrassed and could tell that those tactics weren’t going to work on me. I ended up leaving as soon as possible and purchased a gently-​used trade-​in at a luxury dealership (they price trade-​ins to sell and they don’t really care if you buy or not, so they are not in-​your-​face at ALL) and I have been loving my lower mileage Jeep that was half the price of the one I was looking at here.

I bought a car in Oct ’14, the experience should’ve been easy but from the extra charges they promised they wouldn’t have via email communication, and the financing shenanigans I was unimpressed. Now however, I laugh even harder because they send me these MISLEADING advertisements via email.
For example, their latest email offer (August 14, 2015) was a whopping 10,000 off MSRP for a 2014 Volt. Sounds great, then you see the fine print, they’re basing MSRP at 39,700. Uh… funny how the MSRP is listed. because it had an MSRP of $ 35,185 in 2014 when it was released. Even funnier that you can buy a 2015 model, with ALL the upgrades, for only 38,000! That’s 2000 LESS than their supposed 2014 MSRP. Better still, buy a 2016 Volt, with an improved battery that’s 50% bigger, TWO gas engines that give better MPG, and STILL 5000 LESS MSRP.
Let’s review… 2014 (Autonation’s invented) MSRP of 39,715,

2015 MSRP 34,345, (better battery)
OR
2016 MSRP 33,995. (incredibly better battery, better motor, bigger touch screen, better MPG)

Arrived at the dealership at 12:15 pm for a scheduled oil change no one was in the office to check me in. A woman named Lucy came in and told me I needed to back out of line because someone was leaving still didn’t check me in. She had an attitude about everything she said to me. She finally asked if she could help me and then when I said I had an appointment she told me I had to wait for mike and walked out. Mike came in after 10 more minutes and checked me in. While Lucy was standing around for 15 mins talking she could have checked me in and sent me on my way I will stop coming here and just go to any other place to get my oil changed. She is rude beyond comparison. I have pre-​paid for my oil changes but I’d rather pay someone else and not get treated like crap.

DO NOT go here to purchase a car or get your car serviced. The service techs are liars. I was told that they were waiting to hear back from a technician in Michigan about a fix for my constant check engine light troubles. Never heard anything. It’s been months. I call today and was told that the service rep Kelly never noted anything in my file about it. What a joke. When i told them that another service center found codes related to an old recall, I was then told thats not possible and they wouldnt stand behind fixing my issue. These guys are liars and thieves. Chevy is a horrible company. Do not buy!

These people are criminals!!! Be prepared for scum earth to sell you a car — crazy, sleazy pressure, ridiculous added on fees.

We just purchased a Yukon from this location over the weekend. Jack Lambert was beyond helpful, knowledgable, and a pleasure to have as our salesman.
We came in knowing what we wanted but had also been to many other places looking for the same thing. He gave us many great reasons why this was the car for us!!!
We also had 2 kids with us while shopping– he made them drinks and popcorn. It’s things like this that show he was going over and beyond our expectations!

I find it very weird that a working class car salesman/​manager is willing to screw over another working class person. I could understand it if they were getting paid millions to do that, but they’re not. Since it is not money that is motivating them, then they obviously have a sadistic mentality. Their mothers must be proud.

1. 150 point inspection my dying ass!
2. I told them that my cash offer included ALL taxes. They agreed. I didn’t check the paperwork. They did NOT include all taxes.
3. They tried to delay getting me the emissions paperwork. VERY shady and on the verge of illegal!
FYI: Car sales in Colorado are basically unregulated!!! As soon as you sign your name the car is yours! There is nothing legally you can do! Lemon Law ONLY applies to new vehicles. YOU MUST BE GIVEN AN EMISSIONS VOCHURE THE DAY OF SALE! YOU ONLY HAVE THREE DAYS FROM THE DAY OF SALE TO GET EMISSIONS DONE! IF IT FAILS, YOU CAN RETURN THE VEHICLE! After the three days you will probably have to take them to court to take back a used vehicle that failed emissions.
Overall, if the used car buying experience was this creepy, then there is NO way that buying a new car here would be any better.

Went in to test drive a 2014 Chevrolet SS, which immediately turned into sales pressure.
I wasn’t planning on trading in my vehicle, but was convinced to at least assess the value of the vehicle. They quickly asked for an inspection of my car, which turned into a test drive of it. I should note that my vehicle is a stick-​shift with a competition clutch. In an embarrassing attempt to drive it, the salesman proceeded to kill the car 4 times, and ride the clutch for several seconds on each pathetic try to get my car moving. Very incompetent driver, in retrospect I should have told him to just stop after his first failure, as to save my clutch getting glazed.
Upon giving the salesmen the purchase price I expected, they immediately questioned the price I stated, trying to «shoot holes» in my logic. I told them that the price I expected to pay was the «internet price» for a similar 2014 SS at Emich Chevrolet. After they consulted with their manager, I was told that the car at Emich had hail damage, hence the low price.
My friend there with me immediately called Emich Chevrolet to verify this claim, and was informed that the car had no hail damage. When I asked the saleman if he actually called Emich on this car or was telling a self-​serving lie, I was insolently told «well 99% of cars at Emich are hail damaged so I’m assuming this one is too».
I was given an insulting trade-​in value, and told the salesmen that I was certainly not going to trade in my vehicle. I asked them to give the cash price on the vehicle that was equal to the internet price of the Emich car.
They didn’t listen to a word I said, came back with a higher trade-​in value, and the same high car price. Again, I asked to remove the trade-​in altogether and come down on their car price. Obviously they weren’t listening to anything I was saying. I was angry at this point, asked for my keys and left. Their sleazy attempt to keep you at the dealership by stealing your keys angers me as well.
In summary, extremely poor, dishonest service. My car purchases are majority GM vehicles, & I can promise I will be buying zero from this place. Sales staff lives up to their stereotype.
