Autonomy Therapeutic Services provides counseling services for couples, adolescents, and individual adults. Our office is conveniently located near Cherry Creek and Washington Park. There is limited availability for in-​home services.

History

Established in 2012.

After a number of years working in various community clinics Autonomy Therapeutic Services was developed to provide counseling therapeutic services to the Denver metro and surrounding area. In addition to therapy, Autonomy Therapy provides professional consultation and consulting services for proessionals and families.

I believe we function best and perform at our highest level when we discover and nourish the autonomy and freedom in our lives. By understanding why we choose one thing over another, and accepting the anxiety inherent in this exploration, we control our world rather than being controlled by it.

I have extensive experience working as a therapist, and I’ve helped individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. I am a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Couples and Families. I’ve dealt with some of the toughest cases and served as a therapist for victims of sexual and non-​sexual based trauma, juvenile perpetrators of sexual abuse, patients suffering from addiction, and clients who are compulsively drawn to delinquent behaviors. I’ve also helped couples address issues with sexual addiction/​compulsion, depression/​anxiety, trauma, men’s health, and sex therapy.
