What a great company! I had never rented an RV before and they took care of me to make sure I was comfortable and educated on the RV experience. Got a great deal on renting a practically new RV. We used to for a tailgating event as Sports Authority Field and everyone was saying how nice the RV looked. It was truely a great experience.

The team at B&B were extremely helpful and provided our team with a great rental for our bike tour. We had a 22QB unit that allowed our team to have a comfortable command center while working long days at an outdoor festival. The unit had all the necessities we needed, was clean and easy to get around day to day. The team was friendly and helped when we called in with questions after we had left with our rental. Will be back for our tour next year!

Took a family trip through Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Moab. Rented class C 32′ and had an amazing time. The RV was clean, 2014 that ran great and was easy to drive. All the staff were amazing, friendly, met all our needs and were very interested in not just our money but made us feel like family! I highly recommend B&B RV as I did lots of research and they came out on top before and after trip! I read a review posted stating they were money hungry and disrespectful? I am sorry, they were amazingly friendly, extremely respectful and I would absolutely use them every time I wanted to rent an RV again as well as highly recommend them! Every staff there was accommodating to our every need from initial contact months in advance, all the way through checking us out after returning vehicle. Have fun and use B&B RV, you will be satisfied.

This company is extremely shady. They illegally charged an additional credit card on file with no signature! They’re money hungry, disrespectful, and will charge you without your approval! DO NOT USE THEM! Save yourself the headache.

We purchased a used motorhome here and had a good experience. This is a family owned business, and I have to say everyone from the office to the shop were very friendly. We had a few little glitches, but everything was worked out. We had a lot of questions, and they did their best to answer them. I would say that their garage is a little unorganized, but it is a small area and the middle of winter when we were there. I understand at some point they are moving to a larger facility. All in all I felt as though we had good service from the point of looking to purchase to purchasing. All the paperwork was in good order as well.

B&B RV helped make our dream come true. We were first time RVers and rented an RV to take a three generation family trip through southern Colorado! Paul and Tim at B&B RV made it straightforward, organized and trouble-​free. Their website is clear and up front; Tim answered each of my additional questions via email. Paul walked us through the RV taking the time to demo the exterior and interior and explain how things work. He was really nice. We rented a 2015 model Forest River FR3 30 foot Class A that slept 7 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will return to B&B for another trip! Thank you, B&B RV! You’re the best!

Excellent! We rented a 32 foot Coachlander for our Colorado trip. We drove about 500 miles in 5 days. The RV was comfortable for my family (probably could have gone smaller). We’d never driven a RV before, but the orientation was very clear and we quickly became comfortable. The condition of the RV was top notch. We had the «works» package which I highly recommend. Service was exceptional. Would definitely rent with B&B again.

We were planning a trip to Denver which fell through. I had booked an RV with B & B but when our plans changed only 5 days later, I notified them immediately. They had already charged the $ 500 deposit to my card. I was a little amazed that their policy is to NEVER refund the deposit for any reason. It was over 30 days from the reservation and only 5 days since I booked the trip and they will not refund my deposit or any part of it. I have no way of using the RV or even going to Denver at this point and although I understand the principal behind holding a deposit, most companies don’t keep it until you get within a certain travel window because they would be unable to rent out their services. But 5 days after the reservation? It is the most restrictive policy I have ever encountered. Just be sure that you travel plans are definite before you book. I’m not sure how they feel good about keeping $ 500 for 5 days of a reservation.

We just returned a week ago from a 14 day trip. We rented the 32′ Class C with bunk beds for 6 travelers (3 adults, 3 kids). We all had a great time. The folks at B&B (Paul and team) were all very helpful on all aspects of the rental from negotiation of the contract to checking out, to a minor maintenance issue on the road to return of the unit. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and wouldn’t hesitate to both rent from them again and to recommend them to anyone. Thanks B&B.

We called B & B rental and booked a 24′ RV. When we got there, Paul went through the entire RV with us to show us how things worked. This was great as this was our second time to ever rent one. He took his time and answered questions. The RV was in great condition and almost new, i believe a 2011. During the trip, the dog ripped one of the screens to say hi, our son ripped the curtain between the bedroom and kitchen down and i broke the utility lock as i started to drive away with the power still hooked up to the RV site. When we returned the RV, I told Paul what happened, and not only was he not irritated, he said I have seen it all making me feel a little better. He then said some these things are minor and can be fixed easily. Not only did he not charge for the curtain incident, he also didn’t charge for the extra time we used on the generator.
In my opinion, not only was Paul very professional and knowledgeable at what he does, he also went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy, when in fact, i was in the wrong. Customer service was just incredible.
We will be going back for our next rental and will definitely refer friends to this place. Paul, thank you for a wonderful experience

B&B & Paul are Fantastic! I’ve rented from them several times over the years & have Always had a positive, easy experience. They always take excellent care of my family, provide solid customer service & a well run, reliable vehicle. I would Absolutely recommend them to everyone! Book early — they’re popular!

We recently rented a 24ft C class RV for an trip to Utah. Paul was really great, he explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle. The RV was clean and well equipped and perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids). We had a blast and had no issues with the RV. On the way back to the rental place (btw it’s REALLY hard to find that place) we hit a bump and the loose door came off, the dishes fell out and some broke.
B&B was really cool-​we did not get charged for anything, even though we were technically at fault and slightly late. These guys are completely straight with customers, no hidden charges and no extra fees.
We get ‘the works’ and I do recommend this for out of town renters. So nice to just return a rather used RV.
I highly recommend B&B and we hope to rent again.

Seven of us (3 adults, 4 kids from 12 – 14 yrs old) rented an A-​Class 38-​foot RV from B&B and were very happy with the customer service and with the rig. Paul was awesome at explaining all of the features. We encountered some minor damage which was covered by the insurance, B&B was very accommodating.
We’d definitely rent from them again!

My family rented a motorhome from B&B in June 2008. Let me start by saying this was WAY easier than I had expected and B&B far exceeded my expectations. I did a bit of research before settling on them by looking at the big chains (Cruise America, El Monte) and also looking at some local dealers. Price-​wise, B&B came in at about the same or less than everyone else for the same type unit and features. But one of the things that sold me was the pricing that was listed on their website featured an option called «the works», and that’s what you get. All the other RV rentals will nickle and dime you to death for linens, kitchen utensils, camping chairs, cleaning upon return, etc. «The Works» includes everything you could possibly want or need when you rent an RV and all you have to do when you return the unit is to make sure that the gas tank is full and that the inside is reasonably clean (just use some common sense here, folks). They will not pick you up at the airport (if you are coming in from out of town), but they will re-​imburse you for transportation. In our case, we used Super Shuttle for our group of 6.
On the day we picked up the unit, they gave us a brand new (!!) 31′ Coachmen Freelander with slide-​out. We viewed an orientation video to show us the normal stuff to expect (and what NOT to do) as first time RV’ers. Then we were given a very informative ½ hour tour of our unit going over the in’s and out’s of our RV. Now, I have NEVER driven and RV before but I felt almost like a pro after we were done. I just wish I had gotten our tour-​guides name, because he deserves kudos here for doing such a great job.
We traveled 2000 miles through Wyoming and South Dakota and ending up spending about $ 3000 on the RV rental. There was only one incident while traveling where the shower door got broken while driving and upon our return, B&B’s manager tried to re-​assure us that he would try to work this incident (which was NOT our fault, it was a design flaw) out with the manufacturer.
I’ve heard horror stories about the condition of rental units from other dealers and we were all pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new RV for our trip. B&B isn ‘t located in the best part of town, but you can’t always judge a book by it’s cover. The facilities were very nice and clean as was our rental unit.
