Meet the Manager

Leo H.

Manager

Leo got his start in the restaurant business when he was just 13 years old, and has been in the kitchen ever since. After graduating with a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Georgia, he was determined to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a Chef and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Leo spent his externship training under the command of Master Chef Peter Timmons at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, and soon after graduated Magna Cum Laude and left for Atlanta.

Born in Japan, his childhood consisted of extensive travels to distinct international locations such as South Korea, Germany and the Philippines. Although a classically trained French Chef, Leo’s unique upbringing, coupled with his previous work experience in Spanish and Italian kitchens has produced a formidable Chef with a penchant for recreating the classics into modern compelling cuisine.
