BodyWorks Therapeutic Massage offers client-​centered therapeutic massage services to treat and prevent injury and to promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

We provide Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massage services.

We also provide Corporate Chair Massage services.

History

Established in 2003.

Formerly a Project Manager for a software company, Julie decided to exit the corporate arena and create a new career more in line with her passion for health and wellness. Julie received her certification in clinical massage in 2003 from the Center of Advanced Therapeutics in Denver, Colorado. She immediately founded BodyWorks, and has expanded her education and knowledge through Advanced Neuromuscular training as well as through her experience working with a variety of medical professionals and their patients.

BodyWorks now staffs four Certified Massage Therapists, providing a well-​rounded group of specialties and appointment availability.

Julie promotes a holistic and educative approach to therapy, believing that treating and educating the whole person is the most effective and lasting way to achieve healing and balance.

As a Neuromuscular Therapist, she specializes in working with clients with injuries or chronic conditions. As an athlete, she understands the injuries and aches and pains that come with training and competing. Julie appreciates that she learns something new with every session she provides.

A Colorado native, Julie loves cycling, running, hiking, gardening and family time.
