Wow. The woman working on 9⁄22 at 10:15am terminal B in the Denver airport(failed to get her name) was extremely professional but also very kind. She went out of her way to help me out and I will forever be a Bose customer because of her. Not only does Bose make phenomenal and reliable products but they also have quality people, which is a rare trait these days. If the manager sees this please recognize her.

Laying over in Denver, I went to check on my flight status and happened upon the Bose outlet near the center of the B concourse. I had purchased a pair of MIE2i headphones less than a month ago from a large retailer. Love the product, but the microphone stopped working after I got it wet. I stopped by the outlet and took a chance that paid off. Mike was very helpful — he looked up my headphones, referencing the serial number(I hadn’t bothered to register my product), and he replaced them, no questions asked, and was very friendly the whole time.

I can not begin to explain how amazing BOSE customer service is! I was having issues with a pair of headphones and they replaced them for me. Every person I have dealt with at BOSE has always been helpful and great to work with. I would like to personally thank Galina Anguelous for turning around my entire week, thanks!

Bose has a kiosk in the center of Concourse B! Need a new Quiet Comfort 2 for your next International Flight? Stop here. I stopped in to chat with the friendly(and cute) staff to find out if they have any new Bose items. Bose just came out with a Portable version of the Sound Dock(see pix) for $ 250. It looks great with my new IPODNANO. Thanks BOSEDIA for showing me a great gift for the Christmas Season!!!
