First experience with Broadway Lock and Key, and chose them based on exceptional reviews. Luke talked me through my options on the phone and gave me a very accurate quote for the repair. Had a unique situation where my key simply would no longer work in the ignition. His technician showed up early for the appointment, and was able to complete the job after going across town to grab the part. Very professional, i will be using them again if/​when the need for a locksmith arises.

I have used Broadway Lock and Key several times. I like many have locked my keys inside my car and every time Like has shown up quickly and Ned has got me back into my car and on my way. I have also had them make me keys and get better locks for several of my work vehicles. They have never over charged and will only use them from now on.

I don’t throw around the stars willy-​nilly, but these guys deserve it. Service included fixing front security door lock, making keys, and reprogramming remote for garage. Broadway service tech arrived 3 minutes early, had all tools needed, and quickly and competently responded to all three issues — price was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? This is my new go-​to locksmith. Fantastic service experience.

I lost the key to my bike lock and it had been locked to the side of my house for a couple months. Luke and Eric were both extremely helpful and helped me enjoy this experience especially since I had been putting it off for as long as possible. They were able to come within 2 hours, the price was affordable, and they made the whole process very painless. Now I just need to buy a new U lock!

I am so impressed with the entire experience I had with this company. My key stopped working in my front door knob and the woman that answered the phone when I called correctly diagnosed the issue, was able to quote me within $ 5 of the actual price, and sent Eric to my location within 2 hours (on a non emergency run). Eric was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He was in and out after fixing the knob and copying some keys and even added some strength to my lock and door frame in 40 minutes. I’ll be using this company for all my lock and key needs from now on.

Luke was so great from the time he called me back to the time we opened my safe. He did a lot of work that other locksmiths did not offer to do such as call the manufacturer of my safe to get the extra key. He made the process so easy and I was shocked how helpful he was. I highly recommend them because they are reliable, friendly, and affordable!

We had a pretty drastic situation where the ignition on my sisters car literally fell apart in her driveway. Sam came out and after a brief consultation, had her car up and running in no time. Very reasonably priced, prompt, kind, and honest. What more could you ask for in a locksmith?

Friday, the day before the 4th of July, my car’s ignition cylinder decided to give up. It was a long weekend of not being able to use my car, and frustratingly trying to call anyone who was open. I was quoted all kinds of ridiculous prices and ultimately decided to wait until Monday.
Called around 9am and Luke answered, explained what they would do (and how it’s a common problem), and quoted me a very reasonable price for someone to come out that afternoon.
Sam fixed my car with no issue, and everything was so smooth. I will absolutely use them again if I have some kind of lock issue again. Everyone was so nice.

Luke and those at Broadway Lock and Key should be the only locksmith you go to when you are in need. He is not only extremely friendly and knowledgeable but his pricing is great. Luke has been taking of all of my locksmithing for three years. I constantly need an ignition rekeyed, or locks on my trucks need changed out. He is as good as it gets, and always a pleasure to work with. His pricing is very fair, and service prompt. It has been a great relationship that has benefited me immensely.

I have worked with Luke at Broadway Lock and Key on two issues. The first he installed new locks in my home that make it very difficult to pick and the keys can’t be copied (except by Luke). One key for all the locks. It was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. The second he worked on the lock mechanism on my car, which was not allowing me to open my door. It was baffling and the mechanic refused to work on it. Luke not only fixed it, but did so without having to replace any parts, which would have cost a fortune. He is truly a master at his craft and has the highest level of integrity and professionalism in an industry know to lack both. THANK YOU LUKE!
