Don’t let the building and location dissuade you! I had taken my knives to Brothers for sharpening in the past with excellent results. Then I decided to go to a location on Kalamath which was more often along my driving route. Once picking up the «sharpened» knives I wondered whether they had even been sharpened! So back I went to Brothers and the difference is night and day. I noticed how hard I have been trying to cut through food items with dull knives because with the Brothers’ sharpened knives the knives cut right through the food and stick into the cutting board if I am cutting with too much effort. Clearly I am not used to having such sharp knives post my Kalamath experience. Also, the woman behind the counter at Brother’s was extremely helpful upon dropping the knives off and picking them up. She happily showed me many knives and when I returned to pick up my knives, confirmed that an order would be placed soon for a particular knife I was interested in. Thank you, Brothers!
