Established in 2003.
CAP Management was founded to give associations the tools they need to succeed. We’ve been in business for 12 years, and seen the company grow from a skeleton team working from an apartment to a small business of nearly 30 employees working from Downtown Denver.
We like working with communities to build successful, healthy HOAs through teamwork, service, and innovation. HOAs deserve a management company willing to go the extra mile to help realize the association’s full potential, to get more done today while preparing for the future, to bring the community together with cooperation and respect, to build a financially healthy HOA, and to create a functioning Boards of Directors.

I founded CAP Management as a fledgling company out of my home and built it into the business it is today. I think I love working with HOAs so much because I like working with teams of great people to do amazing things — from Boards of directors to committees to groups of homeowners to the staff I trust with the management of these HOAs. I get satisfaction from knowing that our company was able to work hard to help associations solve big problems and create lasting relationships along the way.
This is a tough industry — we oversee about 3300 units and are growing everyday.
