Established in 2006.
We rebranded to Careerevolution Group (from Buoyant Life) in 2011. After working ourselves for many years in corporate settings of all sizes, spanning several industries, and multiple continents, we dedicated ourselves to creating more enjoyment of work. We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado but work with clients all over the world; geography is not a barrier.

Lauren S.
Business Owner
Lauren is the founder of Careerevolution Group and the creator of Rock Your New Role™, a program to help people succeed in their new positions. She rose quickly from a multimedia communications role in a small engineering firm to a top leadership role at the company. She then joined Mercer Human Resource Consulting to lead cross-cultural regional teams and projects throughout Asia and Australia for major multinational clients. Lauren has also trained and created coaching support tools for a world-wide network of career coaches. Lauren’s credentials include a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado’s Executive Programs and a B.A. from Carleton College. She is a certified coach, a certified Emotional Intelligence coach, and a facilitator of DiSC communication styles and «Leader as Coach» training. She was listed as one of «50 Personal Branding Experts to Work With,» and has been quoted as an expert in numerous articles on career topics in major publications.
