I was surprised at how much street food options there were in Denver. A nice surprise! As soon as I saw CC, I knew I would be eating there sooner or later.
I went with the Cuban sandwich. It was filled with everything you’d expect, and nicely pressed. It was definitely what I expect in a Cuban sandwich.
I’m not sure what the deal was, but the guy running the stand offered me a free crêpe. I went with the «Funky Monkey» which had about everything but the kitchen sink… bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, and honey.
Needless to say that after all that, I definitely needed a nap. Is everyone in Denver this nice?

So far everything that I’ve had has been amazing. It’s a great addition of Latin foods to try on the 16th street mall. prices range from $ 6-​$ 8. two thumbs up!

What I had? Cubano
Food review: So only got the sandwich here and so I guess there’s not a lot to say. It was simply tasty. I liked how there pork was more subtle on this sandwich. It seemed to balance it out nicely. Everything was of a pretty good quality as well.
Service? No complaints
Other thoughts: Cash only. Really wish there were some options for sides here.
