Chris Genz has been involved in Architecture and Construction for over 30 years and owner operator of CGDB in Denver since 2003. Chris has been performing architectural design and producing construction documents since 1978. He has hands-​on construction experience and a job history starting in 1977 that includes all facets of the construction process including: laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, construction manager, vice president and owner/​principle. Type of work has included Single Family Homes, Multi Family, Custom Architectural Interiors, Custom Furniture, Commercial, Retail, Office, Medical, Mixed-​Use, Light Industrial, Heavy Construction and Environmental.
