History
Established in 2002.
Few things go well without planning. At Chayet & Danzo, LLC, our attorneys are dedicated to helping you undertake the most important planning of all: lifetime planning. That lifetime may be your own-through traditional estate planning or it may be the life of a disabled adult, a child with special needs, a parent with Alzheimer’s, or someone who has suffered a catastrophic injury or illness.
Our emphasis on Elder Law is at the core of what we do. This emphasis extends throughout our practice as we assist clients and their families with planning for every stage of life. In order to provide families with peace of mind, we help adult children of elderly parents create conservatorships and guardianships to ensure their loved one’s assets and estate are protected from unscrupulous people who often prey on the elderly.
