Awesome customer service!!! Hands down!
I got a pair of glasses here and after a week of wearing them, realized they were too heavy for my face, leaving marks in my nose. They offered to adjust it but it was still too heavy for me. Soooo, they graciously offered to use the lenses in that frame to be cut down and placed in a new one. They usually don’t offer refunds/​exchanges since they’re custom made, but they went above and beyond to help me out! Couldn’t have asked for more!

I just went in to get my glasses adjusted but I explained that I did not purchase them there. He said he would do it I waited for all the other people to be helped and then when he saw that it was a brand he didn’t care for he told me no. I guess I would suggest going there if you have a stick up your ass and like to overspend on name brand accessories

Broke my frame on my only pair of glasses at 2:30 pm. Went online and found Classic Creations carried the line. Drove to CC mall, found the store and Angela was able to do a temporary repair and order the replacement piece in about thirty minutes. Fantastic!

If there is a better selection of high-​end designer eyewear in Denver I’m not sure where it is. This is a smallish boutique eyewear shop tucked just inside the second level of the Cherry Creek Mall just off the parking structure. Glance quickly to your right on the way in the door or you’ll miss it and that would be too bad because they have really beautiful frames waiting to be custom filled for you and gorgeous shades even if you aren’t in need of corrective lenses.
I’d been sitting on a new eye prescription for probably six months because I knew that filling it with all the features I wanted would be expensive and I was right. Wanted to replace my favorite pair of glasses that were stolen last year in Mexico. Wanted Silhouette titanium frames, graduated bifocal lenses with «transition», «non-​reflective», and «scratch resistant» coating. Can you order more bells and whistles? Probably not but Classic Creations had exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was very friendly and helpful — no pushy hard sell tactics but that could be because I said yes to everything.
Gorgeous new glasses in about 4 business days and I love them. They were around $ 1000 though so don’t think you’re going to find Lenscrafter prices here — just great products and classy, personalized service. Star off is because they are soooo expensive — just replacing the lenses in some old frames will set you back $ 300+.
Seems to me that there is a direct correlation between how much you spend on a pair of glasses and how quickly you lose them — hopefully that won’t be the case this time.

Ray helped me recently with a pair of Oliver People Aviator sunglasses and really took the time to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. The buying experience at Classic Creations was exactly opposite from Europtics. That chain had inexperienced sales people trying to push high dollar sunglasses without really asking what I was looking for. From here on out, Classic Creations gets my glasses business thanks to Ray and the easy parking at Cherry Creek Mall.
