I have scheduled with message therapists all over, no one — I mean NOONE has been as sensitive, effective, and thorough as Jeff. Time with Jeff is an 80 min vacation from the stresses of life. Plan to see him from now on.

I’m glad I booked my appointment before reading the other negative reviews because I would not have gone otherwise. I bought a groupon for a massage from Jeff Kramer. I believe the number I called to book was his cell phone and so I didn’t have to deal with any receptionist or front desk people. He was able to get me in for an hour massage last minute. I am pregnant and have had several pre-natal massages that weren’t enough pressure for me. Jeff gave a great massage. I also really liked the ambiance of his massage room– very relaxing. Again, I didn’t have much interaction with the spa itself, but Jeff was accommodating and great. For a $ 33 massage, I was extremely impressed. Definitely recommend Jeff to anyone.

yes, all the reviews are true. I contacted them and they were very difficult to schedule an appt with. Quite unprofessional honestly. You don’t say you will call back in a minute and then don’t until end of the day. My mistake on buying the Living Social deal, especially before reading the reviews. DON“T WASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY.

Well I have never actually been here so to some mt review may not matter, either way I was very interested in being a customer. I was looking into getting a facial or microdermabrasion and called to ask what they recommended for my age and skin type and to set up an appointment. My call went to a voicemail saying they were busy and would call back as soon as they got a chance. Long story short, I never heard back from them. Now I am not going to chase a place that obviously doesn’t want the $ 100.00+ dollars I was willing to pay, also it is just not good business.

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a groupon to Clayton’s for a gel manicure. Unfortunately what I left with was a $ 25 parking ticket and an hour wasted. Now admittedly the parking ticket was my fault(didn’t feed the meter enough) but the hour wasted was all due to Clayton’s. The salon is upstairs in a cramped room. There were boxes everywhere and only one staff member working. She was about 15 minutes behind. There were no massage chairs just a stool and a counter top. I was never offered a glass of champagne even though it was part of the groupon. During the manicure a cat was rooming around, that was probably the only thing I enjoyed. But the nail technician was very spacey, and I could have done just as well painting my own nails. Polish was pooling in my cuticles, she would forget what step of the manicure she was on and started rubbing off the alcohol before putting the sealant clear coat on. I even ended up with one nail, not shining because she didn’t put the clear coat on. The next day I ended up taking off all the polish because the manicure looked so bad. The nail technician was super friendly but started taking calls on her cell phone. Even if they were for appointments, I think its really rude not to wait until my appointment is over. The story short, got half my money back from groupon… guess I can put that towards my parking ticket!

I’m really not sure how this place is still in business. I also bought a groupon for a manicure and have called several times over the past month and a half, trying to schedule an appointment. I called about four times, not leaving messages in hopes that I would get a live person to talk to, which happened, never. Then, the next time I called, I left a message. After waiting about a week with no call back, I left another message, and still have heard nothing to this day. I have contacted groupon asking for a refund seeing as it’s clearly not possible to get in touch with these people. I will have to take my business elsewhere and suggest you all do the same. This place really needs to step up their customer service. Thumbs down.

So not worth it. Like many other reviewers I bought a groupon for this salon and struggled for 2 months to make an appointment. No one ever picks up the phone and then they call back and give you an «appointment slot». If it doesn’ work, tough luck, as you cannot get a receptionist on the phone to walk through calendar, openings, etc. that work for both the salon and the customer. Bizarre. Wouldn’t bother — there are so many other decent places in Cherry Creek north(reasonably priced) don’t waste your time on this place. The manager/owner should be ashamed.

After having to call three times to get an appointment(with poor service at each call from the person who answered or just no call back from leaving a message) I was stunned when I arrived and the owner and sole person who operates the salon had no record of my appointment. She was simultaneously trying to do nails(at a countertop/bar) and running back and forth to a hair client. She was rather standoffish with each customer, whether for lack of time or ability to multi-task. It ended up being a rather stressful manicure, poor quality results, and took over an hour and a half to complete(granted I did have to soak off my previous manicure). — They need to hire more staff to deal with the large number of clients(I’m guessing from the Groupon, as this is why I went) or to book less of them.

I would have to agree with the negative reviews posted here. From start to finish, my experience with this establishment was awful. She only wants weekday appointments until 4pm, so I scheduled something on the weekend since I work normal business hours. The salon is very hard to find(even for those of us very familiar with Cherry Creek North) and I tried calling twice because the front door entrance was locked. No one answered. So, I had another business owner in the same building walk me up, and it was he who showed me that you have to enter through an alley and go up a flight of stairs to get to the salon. I waited about 20 minutes for the appointment prior to mine to be finished and then sat in the bar stool/“manicure” chairs at the counter. The manicurist then proceeded to begin painting her own nails while I sat there with my hands in a cold bowl of water with the manicure tools(nail clippers, etc) still inside the bowl. She was too busy with her own manicure to realize that I took out her tools and laid them on the counter for her. As time passed by, I ended up walking out, as I had already waited a half hour by this point and my original nail polish had yet to be even removed.(Her nails, however, were almost manicured by this point.) I was appalled by the lack of business etiquette at this establishment to say the least. It does not take a genius to understand that the customer’s paid services should come before your own. I would not recommend this business to anyone and am thankful Groupon refunded me my money.

My first impression of this business is it is very unorganized. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed by all the extra business drummed up from groupon or if this is the norm. My friend called to make our appointments initially but then was told to call back with our groupon voucher numbers. I called and left a message asking for a call back confirming our appointments but never got a call back. The day of the appointments, I called to triple check. The girl who answered had no record of our appointment but she said we could come in earlier. We ended up waiting over 45 mins for our turn with minimal acknowledgment. I don’t think this place is set up to do nails. The polish was behind the counter where clients couldn’t even try them out to pick a color. They didn’t have fans or areas where clients could dry their nails. The nail area were basically some stools at a counter. I cant even imagine where one would get a pedicure. Despite waiting a decent amount of time for my nails to dry and getting some fast drying top coat, I have so many smudges a couple hours later that I think I’m just going to remove the polish! I was there for just over 2 hours for a simple spa mani! I bought a groupon deal that was a 2 spa mani package but I think I am just going to eat the cost and not use the second spa mani. The only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star is that the girls working were nice although maybe less knowledgeable about the gel product my friend got for her nails. I did like the sugar scrub and hand/arm massage. I did not like the polish job or that my excess skin wasn’t trimmed.

My boyfriend introduced me to this place several years ago, he has been going there for over 8 years and loves it. Shantel is the proprietor and talented hair stylist. The salon is slightly hidden behind the art gallery and you’d have to walk up a narrow stairway to find the salon. The service is amazing at a reasonable price for Cherry Creek standards. I had a birthday surprise hair cut appointment and permed and cut my hair, the results were awesome. Though it took some friends time to adjust to my permed hair, it was a welcoming change. Check it out for yourself!
