Description

Specialties

Our focus is utilizing international influence on Italian cuisine to produce new flavors never before experienced. We virtually make everything homemade including our sausages, meatballs, pizza dough, breads, sauces, and dressings to produce the highest quality cuisine. We have great fresh seafood selections shipped on ice to offer the freshest and best seafood you can get in all of Colorado.

History

Established in 2011.

The restaurant began as a casual bar that offered a small variety of food choices, but when people began tasting the food, it was evident that the food would become the focus of our success. Through executive chef and owner, Sue Smith, we have created some of the most original and classic versions of Italian cuisine with a global twist. Ignore the ugly parking lot and come on inside, believe us, you’ll be back!
