We met with several other agents before ultimately choosing to work with Colin. His honest, straightforward, and easy personality made it an easy choice. Colin was amazing to work with to both sell and buy a home in two popular Denver neighborhoods. On the selling side of things, he was incredibly helpful in getting our house ready for market. It needed a lot of cosmetic work before showings and he helped by connecting us with folks to do the work, and was more than willing to pitch in himself. We really appreciate the extra effort as we were both busy working and focused on finding a new home. He also staged and photographed our house, making it look spacious and inviting. We had multiple offers within the first weekend and were able to close quickly so that we could buy a new home. He was methodical and detail oriented on all of the contract work and we always knew that he had our best interest in mind.
On the buying side of things he listened to what we wanted and showed up great options in our price range and neighborhood preference. He was patient and knowledgeable and took the time to show us any property we wanted and then talk through the options. Once under contract he made sure that we met all of our deadlines and that the process was seamless, which wasn’t easy because we were buying and selling.
Overall we were extremely happy working with Colin, we highly recommend him and have already passed along his information to friends.
