We provide technology services for individuals and companies with 1 to 25 employees. Our focus is on training, service and support of technology. This includes hardware such as smart phones, tablets, computers, and associated peripherals, and software such as installed software packages, software as a service, smart phone and tablet computer applications.

What we do

We strive to provide the most cost effective solution.

Some times the cost of repairing a device or piece of hardware does not make sense based on the age or value left in that device /​hardware. If we come across a situation such as this we will provide our recommendation and let you decide the next step.

We provide upfront prices when we can, and let you know when we can’t

Some services are a simple straight forward flat fee. Other services might require a budget tied to milestones, and others still might require a not to exceed fee amount. We work with you to meet you expectations.

Like many other providers in this and other industries we have a specific area of expertise. We work within that area of expertise as this is how we provide our clients the best value. For the areas where we do not have expertise we provide referrals to partners that can assist you with your needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Daniel T.

Business Owner

Daniel Taylor has 10 years experience as a small business and IT consultant, 20+ years as a professional manager, and 15+ years experience managing information systems and technology. As a co-​Founder of Collaboration Lab for the past 4 years, he has worked with small business owners to get them «more of what they want.

Dan’s experience from managing hundreds of employees or franchisees, developing national account sales programs, and defining and developing business models for franchisors, naturally led him to the field of small business consulting. His dedication to his community through his involvement with the Berkeley District Merchants Association and Berkeley Regis United Neighbors is indicative of his passion for small business, community involvement and concern for local sources of capital, including multi-​million dollar corporations undertaking commercial real estate acquisition and development projects
