Colorado Rikshaw

You’ve seen em, but have you taken a ride yet? I have to say cruising down the 16^th St mall in one of these is really cool!
Not walking, because occasionally I’m lazy, I jumped in one and found a new way to go downtown. Watching the stores, the people going by while wrapped in a huge blanket. Not on the stinky free shuttle with 100 other fools scrabbling for holiday gifts, I am care free, and seeing things a little different.
A sort of Denver-​Dickensonian vision unfurls in my head with the snow falling, and carols are being sung by small children’s voices Then I realise my cabbie has been talking to me this whole time.
Sorry, man! I get off at my destination feeling strangely refreshed before returning to my mundane little world.
