Our success is a result of the dedication from our employees and their commitment to serving our customers combined with their level of competency. Dalco installs only the highest quality, energy-efficient, and most reliable heating and air conditioning equipment available in the market today. This includes energy-efficient furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, water heaters, and evaporative coolers. While installation is certainly an important component of our business, we offer repair service and maintenance to ensure your equipment runs safely and efficiently throughout its life.
DALCO Heating and Air Conditioning has provided exceptional heating and cooling services to Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Parker, Littleton, Lakewood, Denver, and the rest of the Colorado Front Range. Dalco has an A+ rating with the BBB.
History
Established in 1981.
As part of the Trane™ Comfort Specialist Program, Trane surveys our customers after installations and service calls. Since 2005 those surveys rank DALCO in the Top 5 out of approximately 1,000 independent Trane dealers in the Rocky Mountain Region. Our scores show 98% of our customers are very satisfied with our work. More importantly, 100% of our customers say they would refer us to their friends. We ranked Best of the Best in Lone Tree, Littleton, Centennial, and Englewood in 2007 and 2008. This is the result of reader surveys by the community papers.

After an installation or service is performed the best thing you could say about us is now: Everything works; your home is more comfortable; the air in is easier to breathe; you won’t shock other family members, the light switches or pets with static electricity; your heating bills are lower and your cooling bills are lower. Of course some of the above depends on the job we are hired to do or the equipment we installed. Nevertheless, our mission is clear we want our customers happy, referring us to their friends and calling us back. As the owner, I don’t want anyone in your house that I wouldn’t have in my own home.
