It was a pleasure working to remodel our three bathrooms with Josh, Justin, and Tyler at Denver Design Build. From our first meeting, Josh demonstrated real interest in our project. He took the time to challenge our assumptions about layout and design in order to make the project everything we knew it could be.
During the work, Josh and Justin were both communicative and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and walk through the project whenever we wanted to do so. They were also flexible, bringing their own solutions to issues that arose and easily adapting to minor changes that we brought up.
We are thrilled with how our bathrooms turned out! It was a great project and a great experience working with Denver Design Build.

As a real estate broker who has worked with a number of other local and production builders, I’ve been very happily surprised but the quality and customer service of both Jeff Ayres and Jeff Gates (the owners) at Denver Design Build. I’ve spent about 18 months looking for the best combination of construction quality, cost to build, design all over Denver. I’ve now brought multiple clients to build with these guys because they are the best at all of these AND their attention to customer service has truly set them apart. They are now my preferred builder for both my investor clients and my high end custom single family home builds. It’s been a pleasure guys. Keep up the good work.
