I have been going to Miranda for 3 years and have even followed her when she changed salons. She is very professional, does a thorough job on all waxing and makes her clients feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Miranda. I have had only one reschedule in the three years I’ve been going to Miranda. To the other review, using a map on your phone or looking it up before you left would have saved you a lot of headache.

Unfortunately„ my experience is not with Henrys Salon but with denver wax ~with miranda. New customer and new client. I was given an apt time at 9:15 am the day after memorial day. They called to cancel and reschedual, indicating miranda was ill and could not see me-I had taken time off of work… they were able to reschedualed for next day at 13:30.fine –more time off of work for me, but I was ok with that and she came with good reviews. Seemed to be hard to get an apointment with her, so I accepted. As the place was foreign to me, wanted to get there on time and unfamilar with downtown denver I called after parking nearby on broadway, given a brief description. .stated it was four blocks up from broadway… still didnt see signage. .called back and I had walked to far, pretty upset with self, let them know I’d be late and be there… I was ten minutes late after walking not four blocks but eight blocks and then turning around .went thru the back, ended up at the back door of salon .in which case they asked who I was there to see. I indicated miranda. She quickly turned around and stated: that I would need to reschedual, apts are 45 minutes. seemed put off… hmmm, she had another client. Well you should not have apt, back to back as I am a new client, may be late to a first time visit, I had called was a little lost, and I had to reschedual my time because you were ill… only person here that was truly put off was me the customer, with the lack of respect for my time and the attitude I recieved for it . Her web site indicated. to ask questions I emailed twice, 2 weeks before apt with no response, states personal attention, definitly not given that. she needs to review her web site and practice. customer service is key… in any buisness. Im totally disappointed.
