* Government contract debarment: Businesses must obtain and maintain a certain status in order to get state and federal government contracts. We defend clients who are have been accused of overcharging or defective workmanship and are in danger of losing a government contract.
History
Established in 1974.
— I have engaged as primary trial counsel in over 200 cases at the District Court level involving criminal or civil issues.
— Tried more than 50 cases in the US District Courts in various Districts.
— I have tried matters ranging from misdemeanors all the way through felonies and death penalty cases.
— Acted as primary counsel in civil tort, contract, Dissolution of Marriage and criminal felony matters across the range of criminal charges including complex racketeering and continuing criminal enterprise matters.
— Trial counsel in a number of cases involving licensing and licensure sanctions and/or disbarment matters for medical license for physicians and attorneys.
— Handled cases and representing individuals against whom the government is seeking deportation or removal in the Immigration Court and EOIR.
— Also prosecuted Writs of Habeas Corpus in the US District Courts and engaged at the trial court level as co-counsel with some of the greatest lawyers this country has ever known.
