I ordered from this food truck when they visited the Brewery Fermaentra and ended up getting seconds! Good: * I really like the Mexican Gyros. This is a wonderfully flavorful dish served on pita bread and is honestly one of the more unique food truck offerings I’ve seen. * Their tacos were also very tasty. * Excellent condiment selection with extremely well spiced salsas. Bad: * There’s not much to say bad about this truck. The cook has been around for 3 years and just got his truck within the past few weeks. The inside is a bit rough looking, but will clearly get better. * Better estimates on how long dishes will take. I’m fine waiting for good food, but try to be a little better on how long thing will take. Summary: DO look for this food truck around town. It is very tasty and an excellent value. I will be a repeat customer.

My only negative is I prefer regular shredded cheese on my nachos instead of cheese wiz. Otherwise the meat and salsas were awesome. I like spicy and it fit the bill. I now want a taco.

Tried El Carte recently and love the asada taco’s especially with his homemade avocado salsa.

El carte 303 is probably some of the best food truck/cart food I’ve had in a while. The menu is reasonably priced and the food is really good. I mean he has a salsa bar at his food cart… A salsa bar! The homemade pico de gallo and varying salsas add a lot of great flavor to any of his dishes. We ordered an al pastor quesadilla and a carnitas burrito. The burrito is just meat and cheese and you add your salsas and whatever else you want(think cabbage, onions, pickled carrots). The carnitas was really flavorful and tender. The quesadilla was also delicious. If you’re ever around this food cart it’s a definite must try!

I had a burrito from El Carte 303 while drinking at Mockery Brewing, and it was really tasty. Made fresh to order, my chicken burrito was fresh and tasty. I especially like that he kept it all open until I added my toppings, then rolled it up for me to enjoy. Great service, tasty food!

One of my favorite carts in Denver. Great tacos served by a cool guy. I loved the asada, and my husband loved the al pastor. But all of them were great. And since he seems to be a regular at my local brewery, I see many delicious tacos in my future.
