Jared is an asset to the company. Knew exactly what I needed, and how to take care of the issue. He called me when the parts were in, they were installed in minutes. I was super satisfied.

Very positive and smooth experience! I worked with Don Dowling and he was prompt and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of vehicles and they really help you to find the right vehicle for your needs. Highly recommend.

My brother purchased a car from Emich VW just recently. Fred & Rhiannon were great to deal with, Fred actually took the time to reply to our emails during the Holidays.
To me this shows that he cares about the business. Great.
He also gave a good deal on the trade-​in even though that car would fit any sunbelt state a lot better.
I’ll definitely consider them when the next gen Touareg comes out.
By the way dealing with Mcdonald VW was a pain, rude & unprofessional, sales rep trying to tell me my Porsche Cayenne Turbo is not worth it’s MSRP. Funny.

I bought my first new car on Saturday. Dieter helped me and was AWESOME! We test drove a few car sand he made sure to show me all the features so I left without any questions! The finance team also was great showing us all the extra protection we could add. They weren’t pushing anything on us, just walking us through our options. I love my new car and I would recommend anyone to look here when purchasing a vehicle. Great customer service!

Everybody was always willing to help. Great customer service and most importantly, fast and efficient. I received a good deal for the best vehicle. I am going to continue doing business here!

I asked them to contact me via email only because I was at the hospital. Not only did I get one, but two calls at the hospital. These guys have no freaking clue on how to read an email.

I really enjoyed working with John, he made the process so easy and comfortable. He was not pushy which made me way more comfortable with the purchase.

I have not been to a dealership for service in quite some time simply because I can do a lot of my own maintenance and of course their typical incessant need to try to upsell your initial request for the service. This was not the case with this visit. I set up my service request online which was very convenient and chose Jered Beeman. I had done my research on which service rep to pick once I narrowed down the dealership, and he had all positive feedback about doing what you would expect. I needed to have my transmission flushed and get some coolant which must be purchased from VW. I also threw my check engine light when my low coolant light came on. I paid for exactly what I asked for and honestly expected to pay much more than I did. If you want to be sure that you get the honest, committed help from a dealership for a service request, set up your appointment with Jared. I am sold on coming here as long as he is working here for the service needs that I can’t do on my own. He is not looking for the quick sale; he is looking for the relationship!

Bought my 3^rd car from here– typical dealer with the typical antics, but if you have to buy a car here, there are some tricks:
–Go to
before the date and get your $ 300 off and $ 200 gas card. Bring the print out and use that as a start for negotiation.
–They charge a $ 499 «Dealer Fee», include this in your numbers. Ask for the manager to waive it.
–They seem to have a $ 500 threshold. Once you get your final offer, threaten to walk away unless they give you $ 500 more. It’s silly, but this is a typical dealer and it worked for me.
–Plan to be here the entire day. I knew exactly what car I wanted and it took 5 hours from offer to dotted line. Wahoos and Starbucks across the street for food
–Don’t accept VW finance. Ask for a lower rate at a credit union. I went from 3.9% to 3.2% just by asking
My experience was meh. I had an appointment with John, but had to wait 15 minutes for him. Then got passed off to an newer salesperson who was less busy. The new salesperson had computer trouble that wasted 30 minutes. After that, typical dealer antics… You get passed to finance after going back and forth on trade-​in and new vehicle. Finance was the last opportunity to sale you more (warranty, etc.). In the end, you get beaten to exhaustion so you will sign anything.
MOST IRRITATING PART — They only give you 10 gallons of gas in your new car. I spend $ 40k on a new car and get half a tank… WHAT?!?
3 stars for an average dealer experience… If you’re looking for a used car, try CarMax first.

In order for me to come in and get the lease on the vehicle I wanted, James Crowell drove over 10 miles to my home to pick me up and escort me to the dealership. He was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and following up. No one has ever offered to do that much for me and I am very grateful. Thanks, James!

I have been to several VW dealerships around Aurora, Lakewood, etc. This is by far the only place I will deal with from now on (Sales). I bought my used sportwagen here. Except for not wanting to replace the windshield (so much pitting… and there was a chip that had started cracking and even though they sent a repair guy to us, he said it was too big and would continue cracking), everything was smooth. The paperwork portion took quite a while, but they were very patient with us as we test drove a LOT of cars before they got the sportwagen in. They are very honest and up front and helpful. I think the whole environment here was pleasing and ‘no pressure’. I noticed the sun roof acted a little weird on our test drive so when the motor failed less than a month in, they replaced it under warranty. It was quick and painless.
I’ve purchased parts here for my golf, to bring to my mechanic. The parts department is quite knowledgeable. I would just point to a part and they would find it for me.
Have had several oil changes here because coupons and deals make it reasonable and I no longer wish to change my own oil. Sometimes they give coupons for the car wash next door.
I purchased another Jetta TDI about a year later for my husband, but from a different dealer. I was just sad that the same car wasn’t available at Emich. I really would have rather dealt with their team as we ran into some shady practices (while we were purchasing the car, we found their craigslist add for a lower price by $ 800 on that exact car and then they eventually honored it after arguing that it was a mistake), whereas Emich has always let me see their used car price list and even how long cars had been on the lot. It makes it a lot easier to pick your car when you know exactly what you are dealing with.
Some places you go to, it’s high pressure sales, this isn’t one of them. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable in your decision making process. They give you all the time you need and aren’t worried to let you walk out the door and look somewhere else, because with the quality of service they know you will come back.
I really like Emich, and when baby #2 gets here and we need to upgrade to an SUV, we will be going back again, no doubt about it.
The only thing I would say is that if you are financing over 10k, you might want to look into refinancing at your own bank after paying some down. After running our credit (which is great) they gave us a very high interest rate through VW bank (confused about that), and we did MUCH lower at US Bank. Even the other dealership gave us a much lower interest rate on our 2^nd car.

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2013 CC this afternoon. Mr. James Crowell made it a very smooth transaction for me. I didn’t feel pressured and we came to an agreement in less than 30 minutes. Anyone looking to get a VW, I highly recommend going to Emich and ask for Mr. Crowell!

The experience you will receive is like going to a high end gentlemen’s club, you’ll be excited, teased about pleasant experiences, and lucky to leave with some change in your pocket. Bought my VW and brought it in a few times for simple service routines. Every time I left I had the sensor that I initially brought my car in light up the same day or following day after it was serviced which tells me they either don’t know how to properly diagnose or they do it on purpose to get you to come back and feed them more money. The «service» rep who first greeted me saw my military ID when I pulled out my credit card, bragged how we was prior military and said he’d take extra care of me… well, I hope to God I never receive that sort of «treatment» that he provided again nor do I wish it upon anyone.
The service rep would tell me stories about what’s wrong with my vehicle (meanwhile I had my buddy who’s very experienced with auto repair hear his his theories) and it simply did not add up. My third and final encounter with Emich was when I brought my vehicle in for what he called a «faulty sensor», they changed it (for $ 595) and said nothing else was wrong it will be fine. Same day I drove it home the sensor lights up, being that this was the third time a sensor lit up on the way home after getting it fixed it was livid. Called up Emich and manager said bring it in immediately, brought it in and service said they don’t have time to look at it. After two weeks I finally got it in and they said its gonna be $ 7,500 to fix bc the sensor isn’t faulty and it was something else they missed. I’ll be honest if they were half decent looking they definitely could start a gentlemen’s club because I almost gave in…
The manger in the mean time hid in his little office avoiding any contact or general greeting while his minions tried to get me to OK the contract to stoop more money out of me… Customer service goes a long way buddy, I’m curious how you gained the position of manger… Hope you guys can sleep good at night cheating people out of their money and lying to your customers about being prior military service…

This, friends, is how you conduct a business. Not too long after writing my initial review Mr. Emich contacted me directly about my issue. They took it upon themselves to do some local market research on market pricing for labor in regards to my repair. Not only did they realize that their pricing was not in line with market demand (pricing was set forth by a third party consulting firm), but they took proactive steps to change this. I may not have been happy with my initial experience, but for a GM to go above and beyond to make things right for the benefit of the customer really drives it home for me (no pun intended). I’ll be coming back again.

I took my Jetta in for my 20k warranty service the other day. I wasn’t very impressed with customer service on the tail end of the experience. When I came to pick my car up I must’ve stood at counter for at least 5 minutes while at least 5 different employees within 10 ft pretended not to see me. That was extremely frustrating. 2 at the counter were working on computers and had no customers in line and 3 others were floating around in the same general area. They would look up at me for a split second and then just go back to work on their computers…
Other than that I’m sure they did the service correctly although they said they didn’t have the specs from my alignment check… For all I know they never even did it. I didn’t have time to ask them to do it again as I had work so I just took his word on it and left.
Not overly impressed but I’ll probably go back because they’re closer to me than other dealers and warranty services are free.

So just a little update. after 5 days of not having my new car due to fan malfunctioning I have gotten it back. Overall the service department did a wonderful job taking care of me. The day after I initially dropped off my car jered called me and let me know he had a vehicle available for me to drive. When I picked up my car it was free of charge and I had to pay 0. They really made up for a crappy situation.

Both the salesman, Ron & the finance guys, Mateo & Nick gave us exactly what we asked for. Great service & no bullshit. Would recommend Emich to anyone looking for a great car and a great deal!

My experience in the sales department was solid, but not without it’s errors.
The sales process was excellent. I had been working with Emich via email for a couple of weeks to hash out options and trade-​in values. The email conversations were excellent, addressing all of my concerns and responding timely.
Once in the dealership, the excellent process continued. The salesperson was able to show us a few options and was open to me driving them all. After making a selection, we were completed with the transaction in no more than an hour and a half. Gone are the days of the all day car transaction.
However, once taking delivery, we found out we were contracted to the wrong car. This required coming back down to the dealership to fill out new paperwork. Then, we found out we had the wrong spare keys, which required another trip to the dealership. Good thing I got myself a diesel Golf with that 40 MPG to transport me back and forth.
Overall, it was a great sales experience marred by a little sloppiness. I’m happy with the car and the financials, so I can’t complain too much.

I had a great experience here before I even arrived. On the way to my appointment I got stuck in traffic, I of course called immediately to inform them that I would be about 10 minutes late. The man I spoke to on the phone was very kind and assured me that it was just fine and that they would see me soon.
Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Collin in the service department. He was very friendly. I was under the impression that I would be shelling out a lot of money to get a synthetic oil change. Collin informed me that my service would be free because Volkswagen covered it at 20,000 miles. I was shocked because the dealership we purchased from didn’t tell us this.
I was concerned that it would take a long time and that I would be late for work. I was wrong!!! They had changed my oil, filled all my fluids, rotated my tires, and did an inspection in 40 minutes.
Not only did they offer me great customer service and a speedy visit but they also gave me a free voucher for the car wash & detail center up the street.
It’s safe to say that this is my new go to dealership! I had a great experience here and recommend them to everyone.

I have NEVER been so disappointed with a service. Yes, it was within the quoted price and time. But the actual work was so shoddy it almost caused my engine to seize. Same day of service, I noticed oil puddles when my car was parked for a bit, but unfortunately by the time I went to drive again the service department was closed. I called Emich’s number, the lady that answered the phone told me my car should be fine as long as the engine light didn’t start blinking. Even I know by that time you’re already in big trouble. Then she asked me how old my car is. That doesn’t matter. Doesn’t change the fact it wasn’t leaking before the service. Or that it was down over two quarts in six hours.
Lucky for me my man thought to call another establishment we’ve gone to before and they agreed to help out. When we got there, there was a trail of oil where I had driven in. Emich’s team also «adjusted my tire pressure» to ten lbs over recommendation. I’ll take my complaint up with their department Monday, but I wanted to make this horrible experience known.
Update: I give credit to Emich for keeping up on reviews and reaching out to see what could be done to correct their mistakes. I still don’t think I’ll be trusting my vehicle with them again but appreciate the owner and service manager’s efforts.
