We used to use these guys all the time for my work and they were slow, but ok and convenient. However my last experience ensured that I will never return. I got my tires mounted and balanced along with an alignment back in February. One tire had a small leak immediately after they were installed. And also, the wheel got worse and worse at higher speeds with a slight vibration, meaning the tires were not balanced correctly.
I brought the car back in, due to the issues being small and it being hard to make time, it is now June. I called ahead to make sure I could stop in before going to work to make sure they could do it, and he assured me they could. I get there and my car sat in the parking lot for an entire hour. When they finally pulled it in, he said my front tires were wearing on the outside, and when I said they aligned it, all he had to say was «potholes, winter» very rudely. He said the leak was caused by the chrome on the wheel not sealing, which should have been fixed in the first place. And to top it off they rebalanced and rotated, and the vibration is just as bad, only in the rear now. Needless to say, I will not return.
