I highly recommend that you steer clear of this company! I have spent thousands of dollars in the past year with this company and this past trip was the last straw. My wife and I were scheduled to be picked up at the airport for a return business trip home to find that No one showed up and no one would answer my phone calls. We had to take a taxi cab for $ 90 plus after waiting for 45 minutes. To add insult to injury 3 days later I was billed for the full amount. When I called them they said they would look into it and call me back which they never did. So unprofessional and unreliable it’s a joke! Do yourself a favor and take your $ elsewhere!

It’s been 5 months and the people from this company never responded to any of my calls/​emails/​online reviews. Thought they couldn’t be more unprofessional but I was wrong.
I had the worst experience with this driving service! I wanted to make sure to tip the driver so I specifically asked if I should tip with cash or if I had the option to tip on my card. He told me to tip with cash so I borrowed $ 20 from my friend and gave it to the driver, since I was led to believe I did not have the option to tip on my card.
The day we were scheduled to get a ride back to the airport I called them at least 10 times to confirm they were going to pick us up and let them know the updated pick-​up location, NO ANSWER. I was searching online for different numbers to reach them and finally found the number for our assigned driver, who informed me he was incorrectly assigned. He proceeded to tell me that he was at a funeral and I needed to call the office. I quickly got off the phone even though I had called the office multiple times over several hours with NO ANSWER. This was after emailing them multiple times and sending them a facebook message with NO ANSWER. I just wanted to relax that morning and instead I was emailing, messaging and calling because I was unsure if they were going to pick us up. I finally got some guy on the phone and it was obvious he could care less that I was having a hard time with their driving service. Not once did he say sorry for me wasting my morning calling this «luxury» driving service to confirm the driver was going to pick us up. I would have let it go but then I noticed they charged my credit card 2 separate times amounting to $ 68.30, which was for the airport fees ($ 15), an «upgrade fee ($ 20) and additional tips ($ 33.30). I had already tipped the two drivers MUCH more than what they ended up charging me for tips. The upgrade fee makes no sense! I specifically told them via email that I did not want to upgrade, plus the upgrade fee was for 1 way but we had the same car both ways! That’s when I started calling and emailing asking for a refund, NO ANSWER. A day or two later I finally get a guy on the phone and he said that there’s was nothing they could do because it’s in the «fine print». I can’t find where it states that but either way, do that right thing people! The driver told me some BS and I feel ripped off. I was told the Manager would call me, NEVER HAPPENED. I called the next day and got in touch with the Manager and explained that not being refunded was unacceptable, he agreed to refund me and it NEVER HAPPENED. That conversation happened on Thursday and now it’s Wednesday. I will continue to work with my bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SERVICE!

I have use this service on several occasions. I’m aware that this is not their primary line of work. I had an initial favorable impression. However they subsequently were more insulting to me than any other service I’ve ever been involved with. I will never use the service again, and highly recommend the others do not as well.

Worst customer service ever! When we called, the «owner» of the company would not help us at all. Obviously he has never heard that the client (especially one who has already paid) is always right. We reserved service, got an email titled «confirmation» that then in the body said it was not a confirmation, then no one followed up to actually confirm, even though it said someone would contact us in 24hrs. We emailed back a few days later and were then told we would have to find our own ride to the airport because our Living Social deal would not work because it was a holiday and the voucher was not good on holidays. Now, yes, the voucher did say «Not Valid on Holidays», but that was it. No dates or times. Our reservation was for Dec 26 and Jan 2. What holiday lands on either of those two days? None. But the owner then made up a time period between Dec 25 and the new year that he considered a holiday and still told us that he would not give us the service because he would loose money on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I booked transport to and from our house, to DIA, for a 3 week trip out of the country. The booking was confirmed 3 weeks ahead of time and we even received numerous email reminders up until the day informing us of our drivers name — and again when that information changed two more times. We received our last email update late in the evening before our 5am pickup the next morning; we felt very confident that things were wrapped up and ready to go! When 5:05am rolled around and we hadn’t heard a work or spotted our driver, we began to worry. At 5:10am we attempted to get in touch with the company to no avail! At 5:16am, a disheveled and extremely unprofessional ‘dispatcher’, Soloman, called and stated that his ‘driver’ would not be able to pick us up. He was very inconsistent with his story, first stating that he had car problems, next that his car broke down, and eventually stating that we would need to take a taxi to the airport because there was no one else to send. We eventually worked it out of him that he was the driver — he lied! He stated that the company would have to pay for a taxi for us. Unfortunately, by this point, a taxi was not even an option for us– we were going to miss our international flight! We threw our stuff in the car and sped off from Boulder. We were forced to take the tollway, at an additional expense, we parked in the cheapest long term parking we could manage at the airport — by this time we were running, literally, with our bags to catch our flight. (We figured that we had to do the best we could with parking rates because something told us we would be fighting this company for any sort of compensation given the unprofessional and downright disgraceful service up until now.) Once we arrived in Italy, we immediately were in touch with «Timmy» the owner, from what he said, and was assured that «some sort of compensation would be given to us.» Uhhh, how comforting, thanks — we had no choice but to put things aside for the vacation.
On return, we paid our $ 252 parking bill at DIA. After weeks of delayed returns of email and phone calls, and some very frustrating conversations, Timmy generously (ha, ha — sarcastic laugh) sent us a paypal refund of $ 126. I was also able to get Living Social to refund the cost of the voucher at $ 84, so when I explained to Timmy that we were still out $ 42 (not to mention gas, stress, toll-​fees, which we decided wasn’t worth pushing) he refused to compensate any further. Of course we had the conversation reminding him of Solomon’s initial advice to us: «take a taxi, we will pay for it,» and even reminding him of his false promises: parking compensation and future vouchers to use with the company. EXCUSE ME! Do you honestly think we could ever begin to trust you, Timmy, your shoddy company, or your deceitful employees for another holiday? Absolutely not! Not only did this cost us a large amount of money, it threatened what was arranged as a perfectly planned honeymoon. We almost missed our flight. This was a huge stress to us while away on holiday. The fact that you weassled your way out of your ‘commitment to make it right’ makes matters so much worse. You never made things right with us — you failed as a business owner. Potential clients beware!!! 1 Star for the email reminders and stellar pre-​booking service; FYI, this is when they require a credit card. Ha Ha!
